We went on 1/13/24 for fruity boba tea with my young girls. The menu list about 6 fruit flavor boba tea, we ordered a mango a strawberry one. The lady told us if we wanted the fruits in it or not and didn't explain that the fruits were not real other than small cubes of jelly flavored. It was awful!!! And no boba bubbles anywhere. So I asked where the boba were and she says that only the milk teas have actually the boba bubbles in it. I told her that the menu was absolutely misleading by staying boba tea without the actual boba. This is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the juices have food coloring leaving us with colored tongues. Be careful everyone. Stay away from this place fooling costumers!

I wish I could go lower than 1 star. I just ordered and paid online. When I arrived to pick up my order the doors where locked. I saw employees inside, so I knocked, they looked up and went into the back room. I tried to call them. After multiple rings they finally picked up, said nothing, after 3 seconds they hung up. I called back again the picked up again, this time the stayed on the line for 10 seconds before they hung up

I just ordered a salad from here and the boiled egg was grey. The mixed green salad was romaine and spinach and was old. The chicken had no flavor. And my stomach is literally so sick I hope I didn't get food poisoning. This used to be a cute cafe with really good sandwiches I don't know what happened but please save your money

I work in the plaza and decided to give this place another try and it was awful, I got a tuna wrap and I could not eat it it was so salty, and I am a salt person, my co worker got a smoothie and it was terrible, warm and not a smoothie at all it was like she was drinking spinach and peanut butter juice.Zero stars.I called to tell them and they could care less, no offer to remake my wrap or her smoothie, nothing, she said she would keep it in mind for next time, there won’t be a next time.

This store is a scam. Sometimes I wonder if places like this are fake food joints for money laundering.I came here twice hoping the first time was a one-off issue. But they sell the worst boba tea I have ever had and charge nearly $8 for it. They dilute the mix until it’s basically water; even the boba pearls were tough and flavorless.They also take the drink to prepare it in the back and take forever despite a full kitchen up front. It’s obvious that they’re skimping on the mix because it takes just a couple minutes to prepare boba tea.

This is what they give me for a turkey pita? Where’s the turkey? Where’s the cheese? Where’s the sandwhich? Totally not cool and would never go back here. These people are not honest.
I became a regular but they lost a cusotmer today. Owners need to ramp up marketing so there's enough foot traffic to support a minimum of 2 employees behind the counter for speed, safety, and service. Everytime I visit there is a young girl working alone, backed up on orders and making mistakes. There is in fact a way to optimize this, good luck.

Stopped in to try their boba, it was absolutely horrendous. There was no sugar in my drink at all and the boba pearls were hard, rubbery and tasteless, on top of that it took over 20 minutes to receive my drink.

My salad came out with a pool of water at the bottom. The eggs were over cooked and blue, the lettuce wilted. Maybe it's because I am from Boca but this was unacceptable.
