Great Cheesesteaks and generous portions! We tried several of their variations of cheesesteaks and the egg rolls..everyone was very complimentary of the food. Also, hard to find a good cheesesteak around Wesley Chapel/Tampa so it was a nice change of pace for a quick dinner. Service was friendly and accurate. We will be back!

I'll say this. Why can't people and companies be unique, and create their own style of food? People have to understand that we're all from different states / regions where "cheesesteaks" and "chopped cheese" are made differently, everywhere! Look, I'm from Philadelphia. If you visit Pats and Genos, they're made with Cheese-Whiz and us Philly residents don't frequent there. We call them "tourists" cheesesteaks tbh. Then you have Dalessandros and Angelos that fight for the #1 spot, yet you'll constantly see people arguing about which one is better, worst, or shouldn't have made the list. It's personal preference. To give someone a negative review because they didn't make it how "you like it in your region" is immature, ignorant, and plain idiotic. Let me tell you why they get my 5-star review. I went in with an open mind and no expectations. I made my order: "Hello sir. Yes. Let me get a cheesesteak with salt, pepper, ketchup, and fried onions with light mayo. And I'm from Philly so it better be good too!" Bebo himself smiled: "the ketchup and mayo is right there and I have my own seasoning..." he said. "Haha! Okay cool, do what you do I replied. I trust you'll make it good". And the cheesesteak was different, but great. Yes I liked that the cheese was on top and not mixed in. Yes I liked that the bread was not soggy and breaking at the bottom. Yes I liked that I had to add my own ketchup and mayo. Yes I liked that it wasn't a typical Philly cheesesteak from back home! Yes I loved how seasoned it was. I've visited quite a few times since. Tonight, I pulled up - Monday night. It was dead outside. 8:20P and we're awaiting high winds and storm... although they closed at 9pm, they were cleaning and preparing to close, griddle off, and only serving onion rings and fries. I spoke to Bebos mom outside, had a great long conversation. The gentlemen mopping stopped, turned everything on, and said because I was his customer, he would make me two cheesesteaks exactly how I wanted them. And he did. Even added the ketchup and mayo, on top, which isn't typical, but it didn't bother me. It's going into the same stomach plus it was cool to dip my fries in. I was super grateful, learned a lot about the neighborhood, and will continue to return to and spend money at this unique, family owned, small business!

Literally writing as I stand waiting for one cheesteak and fries, advise 15mins that’s fine. 35 mins later and still waiting, numbers being called that were placed after mine and told it’s random why even give numbers then. Ok good not worth the wait or
