HOPE is the best employee you have there. Give that girl a raise or promotion. What a kind soul who made my experience wonderful in just a few short minutes during take out. She was not only warm over the phone and in person, but on top of politeness, she is efficient and extremely thorough. Michele, a few months ago when I went, was also kind and helpful. The wings are better than they used to be as long as you ask for them made well done. The curly fries are the best. Proportions are fair for value. Thanks and well done. God bless you, Hope! This location is under new management and wow what a difference! The restaurant is clean, the staff welcoming and the food is good and reasonably priced. Their teriyaki wings are awesome and so are their Philly cheesesteaks and curly fries. Our server, Hope, was wonderful! She was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

Visited our Wesley. Hazel Beef O'Bradys after many years of not going due to uncleanliness, poor service and sub-par food. Wow! The new owner has really transformed the place. It's clean, the menu is varied and the food is reasonably priced and very good. Love their wings, salads, and Philly cheesesteaks. Our server, Hope, was amazing. Welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back.

SLOWEST and WORST service on earth! We sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes before a bartender showed up from the back. She gave us our drinks and menus and disappeared into the back again for over 15 minutes! When she got back she completely ignored us and parked herself for another 10 minutes at a table of what seemed to be regulars because she knew them by name. She finally came back to us and asked us if we wanted to order food. At this point we were so upset about the terrible service we just cashed out and left. Also, there was a server on the floor just SITTING at a table talking to a customer. This place has gone to trash. We will definitely not be returning to this location ever again.
