This place is Fabulous, hands-down, our #1 place for Pizza. Patrick makes the pizza which literally transport us back to NY! The service is very good, they come by the tables, often enough but not too much. They are friendly, polite… fast, and menus savy! But the food… the food is so good! We do their wings, which… in our opinion leaves the other “wing-known” places in the dust…(they will even custom the product, we ask for our wings extra crispy)… we love the mozzarella sticks, great taste and the texture is like a party in your mouth. And then… above all that is, that Pizza! Ahhhh, man we order the extra large, half extra pepperoni and half cheese, well done. Patrick delivers this amazing pie each time we are there! Love this place!

I ate here but I wasn't very happy with the lasagna because it came with sausages and meatballs and I'm not a fanatic of sausages but for those who love sausages and meatballs you would probably enjoy their lasagna but like I said I didn't enjoy the lasagna not that it wasn't good it's just I didn't enjoy it so that's just a heads up the those who like or love sausages and meatballs or those who don't have a blessed day and enjoy

First, the price doesn't match the online price. Second, which should be first. I asked for no green peppers or black olives. Thirdly, it's says NY Pizza because it's thin sliced. Don't be fooled. It doesn't taste like any pizza I've ever gotten from NY. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the person at the register was funny. He told me that this was a gourmet pizza, the kind you would get if you sat down at a restaurant. If you wanted cheap pizza, you could've gone to Domino's. As he waved his hands in the air like that air blow-up thing that you see in front of businesses. He said, "Have a good night." I thought that was hilarious. Normally, I would've told them to make another pizza, but that would mean waiting for another 15 min. My nephew had to remove the green peppers off of his slices.

A customer of mine ordered a pizza that was the best thing I've ever had from NY Best Pizza and when I tried to reorder it last night, I felt absolutely taken advantage of ! Apparently this pizza is called "grandma's sicilian" well, I ordered "grandma's style" joseph even went through all the ingredients (as I'm waiting on the other line at work, in the bar) light cheese, light marinara, basil pesto, etc. I'm assuming he was making sure the kitchen could make it. I've worked in restaurants my whole adult life, I understand the ins and outs of a restaurant, the issue I had is that I paid $51 for that pizza and 20 boneless wings. Boneless wings were $18 (plus the extra charge for two dipping sauces that were different sizes, 4 oz & 2 oz, & the boneless did not come with dipping sauce). Thinking I was going to get a sicilian, grandma's sicilian, I was absolutely shocked when I saw that we received a circular pie with only 8 slices and it was thinner than their normal pizzas. I called them back immediately (40 min after placing our order) and was placed on hold, I guess it makes sense because it was 15 min til closing and they probably weren't taking new orders. If I wasn't busy at work and if NY pizza wasn't closing, I would've walked down to complain. My coworkers and I paid $30 for this pizza that was delicious, but not a sicilian. We would've gotten 15 plus pieces with the sicilian and we only received 8. I guess I was hoping for what my customer received and didn't realize I needed to explicitly say sicilian, even though the only style of the "grandma's pizza" was sicilian. I will let my customers buy food from them, but I will never spend my money there again, nor will I recommend my customers to go there. They close early anyway (10pm) and they don't walk the pizzas down the plaza, whereas other pizza places around us are open til 12 and will deliver it. I might as well save money going elsewhere to ensure I get what I order and have no surprises.

Not sure what happened here? Was always our favorite, but last 3 times for steak and cheese sub, totally failed.Overdone, dry, tasteless. Ask for no Veggies is not a hard request!Moving from Wesley Chapel, but hope they take the advice!Best Canolli since NY, but wow. Need to look into things at that operation. Ordered pizza for delivery. Had to call multiple times and couldn’t get update other than it’s not there. After two hours and no pizza asked for refund and they immediately said call merchant. Ordered through their site and door dash said to call them. Big waste of time. Finally told me they would issue refund in 5-7 days. No apology or attempt to fix issue. Terrible customer service.

Excellent homemade dough and crust and real mushrooms! Unlike the chains with their premade crust, Best NY Pizza of Wesley Chapel has that nice crispy bite of homemade. Would’ve given 5 stars but my small mushroom and cheese pizza was lite on both. Great sauce and cheese also. I’ll be returning.
