“It’s Waffle House! Lol We had a typical Waffle House experience here. The location can be seen from the main road. There’s plenty of parking specifically because it’s located in an outlet plaza. Staff was great. Although my bread was on the burnt side. Our waiter did ask for a redo… I was just too hungry to wait. Although, if you seen and knew my bread was burnt looking, they should have just redid it prior to bringing it to our table. “Just saying!” ??♀️ Other than that, pretty decent day! ??????“

“Love every bit of it, started with apple juice mimosas and they were STRONG. love it! followed by prickly pear cactus mimosas which were perfect ?. The right amount of sweet with tart and HELLO champagne! Crepes were so fluffy and sweet. The berries were fresh and crisp. All around a great place to catch up with friends, breakfast date or even a family breakfast of all ages. The menu was big enough for everyone to find something of their taste no matter what they're feeling.“

This is an updated review from my previous one star review due to ongoing service issues on five previous visits. It has gotten better over the past few months though the locations in Tampa proper still have better service than this location hence the three-star review. Those have been consistently perfect on every visit where the orders are correct without any issue. This location seems to be currently about a 50/50 split where we have a problem with an order for at least one person at our table. It's troubling because they're writing everything down. No reason why we have order issues and then one person at our table is eating last because it has to be remade.“
“Despite being a Sunday, I was seated immediately by a window. Service was friendly and helpful. The food arrived soon. It was tasty but a bit difficult to eat as the toast and prosciutto were chewy and difficult to cut with the knife, so it took a bit of work to eat. But it tasted good, and the bloody mary was pretty good, too. Check was delivered quickly so I was able to pay and leave without a long wait. I'll go back!“

“For around $15. I got 2 eggs, hash browns, 4 strips of bacon, toast and a large milk. The portions were nice size, food cooked to perfection, Katie was my server, she was attentive and friendly. Overall, excellent experience and I definitely recommend this restaurant.“
“It was a nice experience. The building is just a tiny bit run down, but pretty clean. Though my waitress was very very nice.... service was a bit slow. Took about 15 mins for her to take our order and another 20 for the food to arrive. But everything was hot, fresh and tasty.“

Today, we had a small hiccup in our order, but the staff was very prompt and kind to help us out the evr changing soecials are always amazing and we cant get enoigh of the fresh squeezed juicea. Today, we have Passion Fruit and Purple Haze. They were extremely busy today, and normally, there is a line to check out. The qr code on the receipt to pay was a lot easier than waiting an extra few minutes to try and check out. Make sure to book ahead on the website, or you could be waiting about 20 minutes for a table. Prices are decent and you get plenty of food with your meal. Don't forget to order some appetizers like the donut holes or million dollar bacon. Overall, the experience and people and food is great. “We stick to the basics most of the time, like the Tri-Fecta. Food and coffee were good as usual, but after getting our drinks, service from our server went downhill. We asked for extra napkins right after getting our drinks, and my hubby specified sugar free syrup. Our food came out via another employee. We hadn't received the napkins, and no syrup at all was brought with the food. My hubby finally asked another server, and she brought it immediately. Our waitress came out a few minutes later to the table right across from us, and went right back towards the kitchen without even a glance in our direction. She finally checked on us to see if everything was okay with our food, and shortly after brought our check. There were plenty of workers so it wasn't like that was the problem for her lack of contact. It won't stop us from going to this or other First Watch locations, it just affected her with a slightly lower tip than she could have received.“
“I love going to the Breakfast Nook for breakfast. The coffee is delicious. I recommend the spinach feta omelet with home fries or the pancakes and eggs breakfast with bacon and home fries. The service is always outstanding with friendly, attentive servers. This is a casual place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's family friendly and very comfortable. It is also handicap accessible.“
