We have been to this location many times. The drive thru is usually a 4-5 star; quick, friendly and accurate. The food is as is expected. Dine-in is often the opposite, especially after their remodel. It’s probably why many of the recent reviews are poorer for this location. It is undoubtedly the dirtiest Chick-fil-a I have ever been to; and I have been to well over 25+ in the past 30+ years. The floors appear un-mopped in days, most tables appear not to have been wiped, and the bathroom is not what one expects from a Chick-fil-a (which is usually why we go to so many when traveling)…

I almost forgot why I don't like this chic fil a, with so many other options in this city.Employees are rude. I know there only working part time. So I went there to get something after work fries were cold, bread tasted stale.Too much money for cquality would give zero stars if thar was an option.

Went thru 930 tonight. Just wanted a shake and a cone. Took 11 mins to get thru the line only to have the young man at the window to be rude. Place was so slow with the food. Expect much better from a chic fil a.
Ordered a 10 peice of the breakfast chicken minis was wondering why I got the world’s smallest nugget. Employees need to be smarter
