“Food was Delicious!!! Customer service was awful. The young man Joey greeted me and my family by rushing us, rolling his eyes and shaking his head after we told him we were new and we were going to take a moment to view the menu. I had to tell him to not give me a attitude cause i never did nothing to him and I didn’t make him go to work. After that he changed his attitude.“
“I ordered through the drive through around dinner time. It was kinda busy. Waited about 10 mins. A nice man brought my food to my car when it was ready. When I got home it was fresh and hot. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The workers were working hard to get everyone’s orders ready. I took away one star because I feel like the prices are getting crazy high so I don’t eat Popeyes as much as I did in the past but it’s still my favorite chicken place.“
“There is nothing really special about this restaurant. It is pretty similar to other fast food chicken spots. The only difference being that you are able to select the heat level of the chicken tenders.Overall, I would say it is good to try it but I would not go out of my way to go back.Vegetarian options: There's not really any vegetarian options unless you are planning to just order some sides. All menu items include chicken.“
“The food was out super quick and our server was polite. The egg salad was like a 7/10, not mind blowing but still pretty good. Scoop of salad comes with a pickle spear, individually packed crackers, and a sugar frosted cookie. I ordered a side of fresh fruit, which I enjoyed. BUT the grapes were kinda squishy (which is expected in restaurants 9/10 times, I've never been somewhere where the grapes are crisp and crunchy ). Sitting area was spacious and they played some country pop music. There were some crumbs on the booth seats and tables in some areas, and i can only assume they simply hadn't had the time to clean those seats up yet. overall pretty fine establishment, if you like chicken you'll probably enjoy the food way more than I did (I don't eat meat lol).“
“Went to this location today and chose to go inside. Ordered our food which was multiple items and for some reason their system crashed but since we already paid and had been waiting, they noticed the order never came through to the assembly area so we had to reorder again and pay again and the same thing happened again where our order was not going through. Marissa (which I might be spelling wrong) stepped in and wrote our order down and comped us the entire order. She could have easily told us that the system was down and to come back later or just made some kind of excuse but she did not. Because she handled it the way she did we definitely will be coming back due to her efficiency and dedication to giving friendly and actual customer service, thank you.“
“I order from this location almost everyday of the week. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, and efficient. My order is always fresh and ready for me when I arrive (I order online due to a limited lunch time) and I spend maybe 60 seconds in the building before walking out with my food in hand and a smile on my face.Thank you the staff who accommodate me on a retailer basisParking: Parking can be somewhat difficult at times but it speaks volumes to the popularity of the establishment.“
“I used to love Kentucky fried chicken before I discovered Church's when we moved to Florida. The flavor of KFC has changed and it feels like they are using small Cornish hens. I love Church's spicy chicken but it can get pretty spicy. I used to take my kids on my weekends for their $2 thigh and leg special. Yes it has been a while and that place and the one in Hillsborough, etc have all close. As far as I know only this Fletcher location, I saw one in Hillsborough Ave and maybe south Tampa are remaining.“
“PDQ Chicken has a special place in my heart as the first fried chicken fast food I had after I moved to Tampa. It never disappoints, and I consider it comfort food at this point. As usual, the fried chicken was delicious, and I really enjoy the slice of toasted garlic bread they're serving with the tenders now. Service was friendly and courteous, as usual from PDQ, and I will gladly visit them instead of Chick-fil-A.Unfortunately, PDQ has removed some of my favorite items from the menu, I suppose in a bid to streamline operations since the COVID-19 incident. So long Pimento Crunch, so long Tater Tots. Still, great chicken and great service.“
