I didn’t care for the food, although it was edible. But I expected more from Cracker Barrel, The chicken didn’t seem like real chicken, something about the texture and when you reallyLook at it inside. Possibly pressed chicken. Mash potatoes could have been better, so easy to do. Then we had peels left on the fried apples. Who does that? With a drink and tip it cost $25.00 X 2 people = $50.00 Was definitely not worth it. Food quality was very low ??

Nothing, not even eye contact!I will never set foot in another Cracker Barrel!!!!Maybe y’all should be more careful when hiring people to be in the hospitality industry. EVERY Wednesday I come to this Cracker Barrel and order the Broccoli Cheddar Chicken dinner. Yes, it's that good. NOT ANYMORE. Cracker Barrel just lost what used to be a regular Wednesday evening customer. I will NEVER eat at ANY Cracker Barrel, ever, again. Over one hour, OVER ONE HOUR after ordering my chicken dinner, and I NEVER got it.I left after getting and eating my vegetable sides and biscuits. I watched the ENTIRE, yes, the ENTIRE, cafeteria area change out with an entirely new customer base, coming in after I was seated, and newer patrons getting their food, and yet, I sat and still NEVER got my chicken dinner as the newer patrons finished and left.This is beyond PATHETIC. I always left the highest rating at the register in the past upon checkout. THIS is the first time I have given a ZERO. The server Kirsten was great, though. You'd think the manager would at least come out to apologize? NOPE, NEVER even showed his face.Outback Steakhouse next door, just got a new customer.

I eat at Cracker barrels all over the place. My goto meal is always roast beef with potatoes and gravy and corn. The corn was very old. Seems most of the kernels sat about the water line and dried out to a hard crunchy texture. The meat was dry and tough. This was the third disappointing trip at this location. Will not keep this location in my rotation.

I take my mother here quite a bit, it's one of the places that she will eat everything on her plate. And it's nice to see her face light up when I tell her we are going.The food is always hot and very tasty. She usually get roast beef, and it always falls apart on the fork. That's how tender it is. I usually get the Smokey Southern Grilled Chicken it is full of flavor.The staff is always friendly and professional. Even when they are very busy, the service is pretty fast. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel to my friends.
