This is by far the WORST Dunkin that I have been to. The staff is not only rude but they are incompetent. Every time I go, I get the same thing and it’s always a different price. The service is slow, there’s never enough staff. The staff they do have visibly hate each other and talk bad about each other to customers. The “manager” is by far the worst out of all of them. If you come in before 7am don’t expect a hello or a smile, they can’t be bothered. Terrible.

I try to give this location a chance almost weekly due to the convenience of it’s location. However, they are constantly out of stock. Every time I have visited and ordered, I’ve had to change my order. There have even been times I lost money because I ordered ahead and had to change my order when I picked up.

They left matcha flakes in my iced coffee…i’m allergic to matcha and was wondering why i was breaking out in hives. This isn’t my only bad experience with this dunkin. The employees are unprofessional and rude 0/10 literally don’t recommend coming here ever!

I bought a half a dozen of donuts. They were hard as hell. I should've know cause some of them were shaped like hearts. Over 10.00 on hard @$$ donuts...REALLY!! Can you say Krispy Kream.

Regardless if you’re short staff this shouldn’t happen to anyone’s order so much for a whole bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bagel I have no reaction maybe when the staff is less stressed they’ll get it
If I could give zero stars, I would! New to town so I’m learning! Got two iced caramel lattes today from this location. They handed me a cup of milk with a squirt of caramel on the bottom. It was literally white! When tasted it I just knew it had no expresso in it! The manager gave me nothing but attitude! And gave me the smallest drop of expresso to put in it! Horrible Customer service!!!!!!!!! Save your time and money!

All the recent reviews say the same thing ..Don't go here, it's a waste of time and money!I've been to this Dunkin many times because it's in a convenient area for me. But... This Dunkin is by far the worst in the area. The line is always soooo slow! Coffee always comes out watery or just not how it was intended to be made. I think the espresso machine is broken or something. Got a ice Macchiato with oat milk today and I got a sweet cup of regular milk with watery espresso? Tasted bad and not like coffee at all... Avoid this Dunkin if you can until management fixes the issues!

This place is consistently slow. I've been in line for over 10 minutes and there's still several cars in front of me. When you need to make a quick pit stop for morning coffee, this is not the place.
