We visited the store bright and early today to get my husband a free sub for his birthday. The app was not working and it was causing some issues with the rewards system. We asked Tanika (I probably spelled that wrong - sorry) for some help. We thought we’d have to leave and come back once the app worked. I was in here last week and order a 1 single sub. It took 30 minutes (not even exaggerating) for that sub to be made. The 3 people in front of me who ordered as a group all got their food, ate and left before I got mine.
