Appalled by what they tried to send me home with. Ordered breakfast tacos online for pickup. They were for my wife who’s a vegetarian so I removed all the meat and eggs and added mushrooms, red peppers, and onions. Each add on was $.99. I also included in the notes to add zucchini and any other veggies they thought of. This brought a $12 taco plat to over $15.While it’s no big deal that they charge me an extra three bucks to remove the highest food cost and add the cheapest, it’s infuriating when I dig out the tacos to see them so scantily filled with so few items. The hostess asked me if everything was alright so I showed her and asked if it looked appetizing to her. She was shocked herself and immediately apologized.After asking to have them remade, I now have to wonder if there’s spit in our food. I never complain about food and typically take whatever I’m served, but this kind of thing has got to stop.I only wish I took a picture to show how pathetic of a sight these tacos were. This is not the only time either. Last time I got home before seeing the food and was just as disappointed. I figured I’d give them another chance.I’m changing a review from five years ago from a 5 star to 1. This location has gone drastically down hill and it’s grossly apparent that the want to satisfy the customer is completely gone. I will never visit this location again. Zero quality control.First Watch in general has gone way down hill over the years. Sorry to say it too because I really liked this place and supported them a ton for a very long time. Bye-bye First Watch.

I enjoyed my first visit. The food was delicious, fresh and made to order. The place was crowded and the waiters were very busy. They have so many selections on the Long menu that require several visits to try.Receiving customers at the door was great and well done starter. I liked the friendly atmosphere of the employees.

i got the Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy With Eggs with the Honey Caramel Crunch drink.i was not loving the gravy too much personally. the drink was not how i was expecting it: after maybe 15 sips it went dry and i opened to see that i could not get any of the crunch because it was stuck to the top of the unmelted ice. the ice took up about half of the cup. when i order a drink i dont expect to get majority of it in ice. and i opened the drink 30 minutes after pickup and there was that much ice so you can imagine that some ice melted from before on top of this ice you see. i mean like “i think you mistakenly put iced coffee in my cup of ice”. i advise that customers ask for light ice

This used to be our favorite breakfast and brunch place. However, they now use bagged eggs for the scrambled eggs and omelets. The taste is off, and the scrambled eggs come out in omelet form. The scrambled eggs used to be the best and one of the reasons I went there, but now they're just like everybody else. Or possibly worse since they come premixed from a bag.Service has never been that great at this location. Something is always missing or prepared incorrectly.We'll only be back now during the pumpkin pancake season.

Adorable restaurant, staff was very friendly(even at 8am!) We have Celiacs and they have a separate toaster and were very careful with our food, no issues after eating!
