My brunch experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The service was slow and inattentive, and it took forever to get our orders taken and receive our food. As a result, the food was cold. The atmosphere was also not very welcoming, with uncomfortable seating and a noisy environment. Overall, I would not recommend this place for brunch and would suggest looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable dining experience.

I actually love First Watch, and the food is great, but the service at this location I just witnessed has me questioning if we should ever return. The two hostes at the front on Sunday, March 24th, at around 1pm gave unbelievably rude service to their customers. I heard them gossiping about other customers at the front together and had very judgmental faces directed at people they were either checking out or in...I was super surprised since normally service at First Watch is always top notch at all locations....this was not very reassuring, so we just drove to another nearby location to avoid that kind of service. Those ladies should be ashamed of themselves for their attitudes and conversation while working the front desk. The First Watch near Wiregrass mall was only a short drive away and we received excellent service there....Hopefully, those ladies find a job more suited for their work ethics and attitude... my family and I used to frequent this location, but after that experience, probably not so much anymore.

Coming from New York City, it was the 1st & only place we found that made a delicious strong roast cup of coffee, their grain bread is absolutely delicious! A bite expensive but everyone is nice, friendly & good menu.

Another excellent First Watch location. The service was good and the food met our expectations for a delicious brunch. If you've never been to a First Watch you should give it a try, this location is as good as any and you won't be disappointed.
I love this location! I had been going to the Bruce B Downs location for years. While I love the people at that location the food was always cold, missing items, eggs not done the way I asked. This new location is wonderful! The atmosphere is so bright, I love the outdoor area, the service is wonderful, and the food always hot!Thank you!

Food was a bit disappointing… I don’t know if it was because of the time I went but my potatoes were undercooked… still very hard… I ordered the food to go so I guess it didn’t matter to them how it turned out…. The only good thing I liked was the turkey sausage gravy. Even the presentation was sad looking.

Been here many times. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it before. First Watch breakfasts are not something from IHOP or Kekes, both I love BTW. They are different and more like eating at a local place in a downtown. Picture is of Chorizo omlette w potatoes.
