We traveled over 45 minutes to check out this place for the first time. Upon arrival, the vibe was lit, very family oriented & very responsive staff. While looking at the menu we noticed sauces that we were not too familiar with that comes on the fries. We inquired and quickly the cashier offered the opportunity for a sample. The staff was very accommodating and also offered their opinions and feedback. After sampling the bourbon and the honey garlic we decided to order the #2, known as the Kratewalker, one small and one large. This entreè did not miss. The fries were crispy enough just how we asked for them which addressed our concern about them being soggy underneath the meat and sauces. We did order the fries dry so that the sauce could be added in the amount that we wanted. On one of the orders we added bacon which had a nice crunchy authentic taste, the steak was seasoned very cautiously along with the chicken. My only recommendation would be for a larger portion of shrimp ratio. I would have liked to have more than 4 shrimp on the large order of flipn' fries. Overall our food was definitely a crowd pleaser and can easily see why it was a highlighted item on the menu. The space in which the restaurant is located is a great atmosphere especially if you're looking to do some sightseeing with the option to eat something delicious while doing so. There is no other place like this one in the area so we will most definitely be back.

I spent $54 at Flippin fries. I asked the gentleman waiter for a cup for ice water and he refused. Extremely unprofessional the food was overpriced heavy on the fries light on the meat very greasy.

Food was so good. The large is big enough for 2 people! Food is cooked fresh and is delicious. You can call ahead to avoid standing in line inside the business where it’s usually crowded from being so popular. The pictures do not do this place justice. You have to try it for yourself.The cashier did have a major attitude and a few other customers all said the same thing but the food quality was worth her sass.

My favorite place to go to whenever I'm at the Krates in Wesley Chapel. I usually get the Kratewalker with shrimp, chicken and steak. The sauce that comes with it is amazing! And it's true, the fries don't get soggy even after reheating.Kid-friendliness: The staff is super friendly and inviting!
