Awful Togo service. I arrived on time to get my food. Checked in and waited for someone to come to the car per the email. After waiting for 15 minutes no one came out. Multiple people waited as well. After seeing a few walk in to get their food I did as well. My food had been sitting on the counter for well over 30 minutes very cold. I again waited another 15 minutes for an employee to come to the counter while the other people waiting with me were expressing their less than satisfactory experience as well. I asked for my food to be remade when someone finally came out. They agreed and I returned to my vehicle. I waited another 20 minutes for someone to come out. Then drove 2 blocks home to find the only thing remade was 1 order of fries. Philly and burger were still the same and cold. I work in the industry and our managers would never allow this. I'm a huge tipper and they missed out. Makes me kinda sad to do that too.

My husband and I were traveling to Tampa and were trying to find a quick bite fast. We stopped at a few big chain restaurants, but all of them were overcrowded and pretty gross and we left. We stopped here thinking let's just eat, but the service and food were really top notch. Being our first time, we were offered a sampler plate to acquaint us with their offerings, which was really nice. Very reasonably priced and the food was good - service was spectacular and prompt.

We visited this restaurant tonight for the first time and we are soo impressed. The place was clean and the employees were friendly. The Mgr came out with a complimentary appetizer platter and chatted for a bit. Fantastic guy! Server was such a sweetheart. My hubby ordered a Philly sandwich while I chose a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was either dry or overcooked but our server could not have been quicker to fix this. The replacement sandwich was possibly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. We live up In PA and we are a bit bummed that we won't be able to make this place a regular eating stop. Hugely impressed and Fantastic food!!
Me and my fiance came for lunch around 1pm, there was no wait for a table, they have lots of TV's around but not loud which I appreciate. We ordered two mixed drinks to start and two appetizers the pretzel bites which are very good they come with a really good bear cheese , we also ordered fried pickles and they were super crispy ! As we were drinking our drinks the manager brought us out a complimentary app sampler , he described everything he brought out and it was super good! We had some of the best service we have had in a very long time. Also the reason we came was because I say online they have the Monti Crisco one of my top favorite sandwiches, it was cooked perfectly! And so sweet and savory . We will be back.... I'll end my review with .... This was some of the best food we have had in a while around here... The cook is amazing.

My sister went here with family recently and had a great time. When she got home, she noticed somehow, this location charged her card MULTIPLE times. Instead of going over the transactions with her and making things right, because mistakes happen, he's making her jump through hoops. She has provided proof of the transactions coming from her account yet they are stringing her along. What they dont realize is, they pulled all the money from her checking and some from savings causing her account to be in the negative. She now, on top of they money they charged her account and shouldnt have, has overdraft fees that she is now having to pay. Explain to me how this establishment says they have to contact corporate to get this resolved, comes back with no resolution on helping her. What is it going to take? A bad review? I have never dealt with a place so careless and inconsiderate.

While the food we ordered for takeout was delicious, imagine my surprise when I was told that our military discount could not be applied to the family meal we purchased. Very disappointed that this establishment that we frequently order from has taken this stance.My wife defended our country on behalf of families. It is very ironic that you would single out family meals to exclude. What's next? Guess military service isn't appreciated here. I suggest veterans take their families elsewhere if this is the treatment you can expect here.

Great place up the road from Saddlebrook Resort. Nicely prepared fresh fish and chips. House made wings were awesome as were the pretzels bites and mac cheese bites.
The Burger Blue was delicious. The chicken wrap was fresh and flavorful. Really enjoyed the crispy fries. Huge Caesar saladb and the meatloaf is must order. A ton of TV's that allow you to watch something no matter where you sit. Waiter was friendly and checked in the perfect amount.

This location has zero standards. First time I went they served me a short rib sandwich with a lot of black crud on the toast from not cleaning the grill. Second and last visit, we ordered cheese/bacon fries with no seasoning. They neglected to fully melt the cheese and there was zero bacon on it. There was seasoning on them. My burger meat tasted old and spoiled. I spit it out so I wouldn’t get sick. They forgot the onion strings and cheese on the burger. Seriously?The bacon was one piece cut in half and burned. The mac and cheese was old and reheated. It was curdled and gritty. I see why they don’t get business. They use spoiled food and are not clean in the kitchen. They’re going to make people sick. Don’t eat here.
