This 2 star rating g has nothing to do with jersey Mike's but instead the Uber Eats delivery folks!! This is the SECOND TIME we order and Uber Eats NEVER DELIVERS PUR FOOD!!! THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE IN ISSUING ANY TEFUBDS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD THEY GIVE UBER EATS CREDIT WHOCH O DOBT WANT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER USE THIS OMPANY AGAIN! SO Jersey Mike owner should know how bad their customers are being treated for food they have paid for twice and the Uber eats driver's never deliver the food!!!

I’d like to give a quick shout out to Maddy and her two male co workers tonight (11/9/23) they were VERY busy but they remainder very friendly, efficient and diligent. Even after reaching out to corporate office on horrible service I received they promised to send me stuff in the mail since there employee EMMA admitted to being RUDE they simply don't care. Never received anything never heard back from streaks!

Best gluten free subs around! They also try their best to prevent cross contamination! I love Jersey Mike's and would recommend it to anyone trying to find a great and fast GF sub sandwich! Pretty expensive but worth every penny!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread

This was my first time to a Jersey Mike’s and I’ll be back because of your employees. Forgive me as I didn’t catch her name. She was a young skinny Caucasian girl with dark frame glasses. She would finish the sub and ring you out. She was so pleasant and personable with every single guest she encountered. She asked about your day, complimented something of yours and not just for you.. every single guest she helped. She is an asset to your team.The ingredients were fresh, I loved that they cut your cold cuts right there for your sandwich and the bread tasted great.You can tell they were very busy with online orders but still managed to get things done in an appropriate amount of time.
