Most businesses have a parking policy for their players. I visited the McDonalds located at 1733 Bruce B Downs, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 and i couldn't find a convenient place to park. On the north side of the building there were 10 vehicles parked from the front to the back with only one space available to park and that was 1 of the 2 handicap spaces with 1 of the handicap spaces occupied by an employee without the proper placard or tag. On the south side same thing only there were 6 spaces occupied by employees and 1 space was occupied by a guest. I circled the parking lot 2 times to find a space. How I know these were employees is the fact that there was only 1 customer inside. I do consider this disrespectful to the customers as this doesn't provide them with convenient access.Parking: North and South side of restaurant about 30 spaces. Most convenient spots occupied by employees.

Always something with this location . They lose a lot of money because whoever is managing it can’t seam to have it open . Tonight 3:30am I pull up to the drive thru and they said they won’t open till 4am . It’s a 24 hour location …. It’s always something with this location . Last time I came , it was worst . They said they will only accept cash . Went to the ATM at Wawa a minute away. When I came back they said they had to shut down registers . I’m just giving up on this location . I know I’m not the only one feeling this way . This is the location by my house and should be better ran.

First, always use the mobile app. Why are people not earning points, saving time, and getting discounts?!? McDonald's has the best mobile app of any fast food chain hands down. I've lived in Wesley Chapel Longer than this McDonald's. I've never had any huge issues with this store I've been to way worse McDonald's.

Was there for breakfast the day before yesterday. Service and food was the best I'd had in a while. Stopped in yesterday on my way home from appointment and was completely ignored by the staff, even though they watched me walk in the door and stand in front of the registers to place an order. Ended up walking out without getting what I was hoping for.
Every time I go there they're the slowest place in the world. Then if you go inside they don't want to wait on you. They make it so you have to go to the kiosk and they'll stand there and stare at you. Worst customer service ever.

This location is getting worse by some of the employees they hire. I was there on 1/3/24 at 6:40 am, the girl who was taking orders wasn’t even speaking back as I tried placing an order the customer on the other side eventually drove off. As I told my daughter if we should just leave she came on the mic. When we drove around she was on her phone and uninterested in being interrupted. She finally opened the window and mumbled some words. There’s other times where they like holding up ur food and they give the person behind you the same order first. Then our food is cold and hard like they over cooked it and left it out for the 15 minutes we were waiting.
