I love McDonald's! The only problem I have with it is their app. It's very confusing, and there is a lot of unnecessary stuff that makes it very crowded and difficult to the eye. Scratch that, the wait line in the drive through is insane, waiting for 30 minutes now and still 5 cars in front of me.
Absolutely the most incompetent bunch of fools to ever work anywhere. This place is a dumpster fire. Tells us to pull over to wait for fries then proceeds to bring out half of the order with cold fries. Then we wait 10 minutes for two happy meals and eventually end up going in to get them myself as they have been left sitting on the counter for God knows how long. Three cars in the drive thru, one customer inside, and these morons can't push out two happy meals. They don't deserve fifteen dollars an hour! They don't deserve four dollars an hour.

I know it's only a drink but I ordered a sweet tea large and got unsweet how hard is it for someone to read a receipt or whatever they have to look at and then get the proper item sent out I can't drink on sweet tea so it just went into the garbage I'm so tired of wasting money and I'm taking the prices up on everything and just screwing things up

McDonald's is McDonald's. You like it or you don't. I like the free WiFi at this location. I really like the McDonald's app. I get discounts almost every time. The service here has been good. I ordered in the app, by the time I got there, it was waiting on the counter. Some fast food apps have been horrible.

Last night after work, about 11:30 pm I pulled into drive through and was told only fried foods like chicken nuggets were available. No burgers. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Wendy's and got my burger. From now on that is where I will go.

Person that gave me my order clearly DID NOT want to be there. I asked for salt and strawberry jelly and it appeared to be an imposition. 15.00 and hour and can't do the simple stuff. I would be embarrassed.....
