The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the Heath topping added a delightful crunch to the salty, sweet and creamy goodness.While Menchies offers a fantastic variety and a fun ambiance, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness department. I had an exceptional experience at this Menchie's location. The staff was friendly. Wide variety of yogurt flavors and toppings available. Everything was fresh and well-stocked. Great options for a lighter dessert too. I will return to this location again in the future.

Love the frozen yogurt but the customer service is awful. I went in for another spoon after I dropped mine, but because my boyfriend went in the store to grab us frozen yogurt and not me, I was denied a spoon since I wasn't the one who came in/paid. The spoon protector was an older man with glasses and fully put his hand over the spoons located behind the counter as he told me no do better, it's a spoon.

We really like Menchie's and enjoy visiting the Wiregrass store. Lately we have noticed a few things that have made our visits uncomfortable. The first issue is a smell of sweat and a lack of cleanliness in the store. Some tables and chairs need replacement or refurbishment. The variety of yogurts has not changed for a while and heathy choices are limited. Lastly, the freshness of the toppings and fruits has declined. We will continue to visit hoping I can update this review in the future. Please, pay particular attention to the smell inside the store.

This place needs some love. It just felt messy. The place was very blah. Several flavors out of order and toppings mislabeled or missing. It's a great little break if you're just tired from shopping and need to chill, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make this a special treat.
They have many flavors but the place is really dirty I went to the ladies restroom was something floating and it wasn't a spoon I told the guy in charge and that's it. The chairs horrible dirty was my first and last time. No No

Cant go wrong with this frozen treat. Have it plain for a healthy snack choice or add as many toppings as you like to make it a satisfying dessert. Never a bad experience, clean, and staff is great!

Brought my boys hear for a midday treat and was really disappointed. The shop is not kept well and felt really dirty. Floors were filthy and tables all sticky. The topping bars fruit looked like it had not been refreshed and on the verge of spoil. The cookie and sprinkle toppings did not look or taste fresh (cookies had no crunch and were soft when u ate them). This was the first time my kids didn't finish their ice cream ever. We will probably be sticking to some of our other favorite ice cream shops in the area or drive to land o lakes for sweet frog.
