Bundt cake is not new to us, we enjoyed it so much that it is a must have for every occasions in our family. We recently moved to Wesley Chapel and was so happy to find out that there is a shop here. We have been here a few times and the quality have been consistent. The service is also excellent and we love the decoration of the shop. We will be back for more!

This place is getting so much better with the new management and staff changes. So much nicer to walk into a cleaner, more organized store, with much friendlier staff. Haven’t met either manager yet but I did happen to see the assistant, Samantha I believe, assisting a customer and she was so polite and informative. I will be becoming a regular again especially with such wonderful improvements with the business itself and the staff alike. A++

I NEVER and I mean NEVER go out of my way to give a bad review but I just couldn't shake how disgusted and overall disappointed in how low this establishment has gone. Im pretty sure they changed management due to all the new faces but there was one particular individual that stood out to me. I will never forget how rude and condescending she was. She has pink lash extensions and she was the poorest excuse for the person in charge due to her lack of customer service. She was non welcoming to the point that I WILL NOT be ever returning to this Nothing Bundt Cakes. I came in to order a cake for my gender Reveal and I couldn't even get that far in the order. She not only was rude with me but with the staff and other customers as well. A person like that will drive business away and shouldn't be working in what I have known to be a reputable establishment. I have ordered my wedding cake there, my baby shower cake, my sons first bday and now what I wanted to be was my second baby's gender Reveal. I'm sorry but I was a Manger in retail for 8 years and someone like that needs to go. I will be taking my business anywhere else and don't waste your beautiful day at this location. The management is better experienced at anywhere else but here.

I ordered 3 cakes for a baby shower on Sunday (9/24) and scheduled a pick up for Saturday(9/23). One of the cakes was supposed to be snickerdoodle but was Lemon instead. People ate it but it was not the flavor we paid for.

Knowing someone that works here who was asked to leave due to having Covid. Management (Josh) does not know what they are doing. He is always going back and forth between stores because he cannot simply order for his own store but then likes to complain that he has to go back and forth. The employee that had Covid informed management of this on a Thursday and was asked to come in the next day (to what give all the people who buy the cakes as well Covid??) Manager demanded a doctors note in disbelief that “Covid isn’t even a thing anymore” and “that this doesn’t need to happen again.” Baker in carrollwood left so Welsey chapel Baker was left to bake all cakes for two stores with know help and expected all to be done by end of the day. Management never wanted to help and when did help complained that “I need to go get a drink I can’t do this whole baking thing” after working for just minimal time. So be careful who you are getting your cakes from as they may be the very place you might end up with some sickness because of overworked employees.

Honestly these are some of my favorite desserts ... I came in and order one bundlet and took a few seconds to order another one because I couldn't choose a flavor. This woman came in cut me off & proceeded to order like I wasn't even there. The cashier didn't say a word and proceeded to check her out as if she wasn't just helping me. Someone else came up to help me .. at the time of purchase an apology or nothing wasn't issued.I then left , and as I continued I realized I don't want to spend my money with a company who treated me in such a manner. I went back to the store asked for the manager , and a refund because I don't want to spend my money there.She tells me it's store policy that we cannot issue refunds. She also says the worker knew it was rude... but continued to help the woman anyway? I wasn't given anything to make up for the mistreatment except an I'm sorry , not even from the original worker. Just really hurt my feelings because if you knew that wasn't right , why condone that behavior. Being an African American woman I truly saw in that moment how that other customer just acted like I wasn't even there and she could just rudely do that . If you see something say something, don't just allow that . I will not be coming back to this location anymore.
