If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very disappointed. My bf usually orders a lot from here and for the first time our food was trash. Pizzas were sloppy and poorly cut. They looked like frozen pizzas. Oversized and not enough cheese. When we called to report the issue Paul lacked empathy and just kept saying he’s worked there 3 years and that he made the pizzas himself. Just overall very disappointed with how things were handled . We’re at least getting our money back. We will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

Oh Papa John's how disappointed I am. I've raved about Papa John's (in Jacksonville) for YEARS to my wife as she's a Domino's fan. So she finally gave in and we tried it (it's been over 7 yrs since I've had PJ pizza). Got home, opened it and first thing we noticed was tons of oil on top. We took some out to eat it was the limpiest pizza ever, the taste was "eh". Also, it's twice the price as Domino's and no where near as delicious. Never again Papa John's, never again. #papajohns

Manager Robert has the most abhorrent customer service I’ve encountered in my life. He entered the conversation with me with hostility then proceeded to curse at me and hang up on me. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for the entire decade I’ve lived in Wesley Chapel—never again. And I will be reaching out to corporate to discuss his failure to be civilized and listen to his customers.

NEVER ordering or dealing with your incompetent company again.Placed an order online - took money out of account - drove to pick up pizza - store says system is down - can't refund money and say they will make pizza and charge me full price if I pay cash - Horrendous customer service

I normally don't leave reviews but I was extremely disappointed with my last order. My family had just flown in from out of country and really wanted papa johns. We ordered through uber and got the correct amount of boxes but one of the pizza boxes (in the middle of the stack) was missing a whole pizza! We just got an empty box!! And then when I called, they blamed the delivery guy saying he left before they could give him the last pizza even though there was an empty box in the middle of our stack. Do not recommend!!

Wow the worst customer service I have rec’d in a long. I will NOT be ordering from here again the make you call a call center and then when you ask the to do a timed order they can’t do it and put me on hold 4 times to call the store. Well lost my business

Today on September 5th 2023 at 5:00PM my family and I received no welcome as we entered this Papa Johns. We walked inside and both employees working at the time were sitting by the front door talking. The employee that took my order at the register was rude and was not paying attention to me at all. After I ordered the employee decided to give me their back and gave us no attention at all as he spoke to the other employee about how to make a pizza with the store phone in their ear. There was no smile on their face and customer service was nonexistent as I ordered my food, so I cancelled my family order and left. Will not be back to this Papa Johns. No thank you for your service...
It's one of my wife's favorite places. The manager takes care of any mistakes on the orders in a prompt manner.

I don’t recommend ordering delivery from this location. Every time I order delivery they go to the wrong house & forget at least one item as well.

Very good and probably the better of all takeouts. However, if you schedule a pick up in advance, be aware that your pizza may likely come out of the oven 20 to 30 minutes before your pick up. Thus ensuring that when you pick it up, it will not be hot although it may still be warm. I would suggest showing up a minimum of 15 minutes, If not a half an hour before your scheduled pick up time if you want a truly hot pizza.The last two times that I have been there the person at the counter did not go out of their way to be cordial. But looking at their age, it was not a huge surprise as most young people in that age bracket lack many social skills, including being able to talk to a person face-to-face versus tapping on the phone screen.

I received no notice at all that my food was delivered. I just happened to open my door and see it sitting on the railing of my porch getting rained on. When I checked my camera it had been out there for 43 minutes. Who would leave pizza outside in the rain? It wasn’t like a sudden shower. It was a heavily rainy day. No text, no email, no knock at the door. When I called the store it was like talking to people who don’t quite understand the English language. I threw it away and gave up on a refund. I will never order here again.

Here's a picture of the BoGo coupon that expires in 3 days that they won't let me use! I'm getting the runaround! The code won't work online, online team says I need to have the store do it, the store says the online team has to. Basically PapaJohns is sending out FAKE BOGO deals they refuse to honor! We were moving into our new home and our toddler was hungry and we were trying to use this as it is intended! What a SCAM! Thanks for proving you do HORRIBLE business Papa Johns Wesley Chapel!
