The coffee is okay when they make it right. But this location wants to keep closing earlier like an hour is ridiculous in a busy area with not that many coffee shop options in the area. Sure wish more competition would open up other than more Starbucks in the area.

If you see a long line of cars, just go elsewhere.Vegetarian options: There are tasty meat free options that will appeal to vegetarians. Unfortunately, I do not think they have a vegan selection.

On 2/16/24 I came into Starbucks to sit down in the lobby. A man came into the building with a woman and got in line together. I am a regular customer at this location and I have seen this man many times here. I noticed he was staring at me while I was sitting down at the big table. I decided to go to the bathroom and leave after because I felt uneasy and uncomfortable. When I came out of the bathroom he was still standing in line and was staring at me. I was trying to look over at the baristas to see if anyone wasn't busy so I could talk to them about how I was feeling. At this point, I was feeling unsafe and decided to just go to my car and leave. The man followed me out to my car and stood about 3 feet away from my car door as I got into my car and he was staring at me. I waved my hands at him to get him to leave me alone and get away from my car. He just looked around like he was trying to see if anyone saw him and went back into the starbucks. This is not my first uneasy feeling about this customer. I come to this starbucks on a regular basis and I have seen this customer watch inappropriate content on his computer in the lobby, stare at girls chests/backside, and approach young girls. Your business should not allow a man to regularly come in and harass young girls and follow them out to their cars. Your business should not allow a man to watch inappropriate pornography in your lobby when there are children sitting right next to him. Today was th first time I have truly ever felt unsafe coming to starbucks. I genuinely thought he was going to try and touch me or grab me as I was leaving the building. I would like to understand why this person is allowed to have service here at our community starbucks.

Went inside to order. 2 people in line ahead of me, including the person ordering. After 5 minutes of no order being taken and them chit-chatting, i decided to mobile order it from the line. Mind you, i ordered a tall dark roast coffee, which literally takes 15 seconds to fill. The app estimated 10 minutes, which i waited and then 5 minutes beyond that before asking the barista. She said, "oh yeah, your order (sticker) is right here, just a minute. She then made 3 more complex orders and finally went to make mine. No coffee made. Goes to the second unit, and guess what? No coffee there either. So then she goes to make a new batch and guess what... No coffee beans. Has to leave the barista bar to get beans, grind beans, and make a fresh 5 gallon pot while i wait. Did she ask if i wanted an American instead of waiting, no. Finally received my coffee after...get this...25 minutes for a 15 seconds coffee order.

The people working here have always been sweet and it’s my normal Monday stop for awhile and the last several times my coffee hasn’t been the right flavor. I order vanilla and it’s not even close to it, it’s almost a stale taste the last couple times. I’m sure they would make a new one if I could go inside but im a mom of 4 with a short window between school pick ups and after school activities so it isn’t an option.

I absolutely love the winter drinks of the peppermint mocha and peppermint hot chocolate. Placed a mobile order, peppermint mocha and peppermint HC. Well went inside to pick it up and the lady specifically asked if I wanted whipped cream but then went and looked at the order and said oh nevermind it says no… then hands the drinks to me. I leave, I get home and there’s no peppermint in any of my drinks and my drink just tasted like hot water. So thank you for making me waste my money on something I’m going to dump. Won’t be back to that location.

Absolutely the worst! This location is filled with a bunch of rude, entitled employees who run the store horribly. There is always a mess on the floor and on the counters as well as boxes of merchandise piled on the floor instead of the shelves.

First time eating a breakfast sandwich here for the first time ever with a basic coffee and everything was horrible. My sandwich was cold and unpleasant, my coffee was not made how I wanted it even after I asked nicely for it to be made a certain way ugh so frustrating. I had to drive back to the business for a refund which they gave me a hard time about. Ugh.

This particular Starbucks location has been closest to my home is only two minutes away, and I've been there countless times. While I usually go through the drive-thru, I recently went inside and found the atmosphere to be pleasant, with many people studying or enjoying themselves.I've always received great service and never had to wait long to get my order, ranging from Matcha Lattes to Iced Lattes to Egg Bites and Croissants. The food has always been satisfying and tasty, leaving me feeling content.
Not every Starbucks is the same because this one is among the best. Friendly, fast, and EXCELLENT quality. Special props to Jeff, Jill, and the rest of the A-team!
