nice people always good vibes but be prepared to wait at least 20/30 minutes in the drive thru. like you will be late to work over a coffee. parking situation is a nightmare

A group of my friends came in to QUICKLY grab a drink and snack before our flight home. The drive through had no cars, however with multiple girls ordering we thought it’d be easier to go inside. The environment was EXCESSIVELY noisy with every table filled from what looked like a family reunion. It was loud, the service was slow, and there was loud music being played off of a speaker. Starbucks should be a place where I could come do homework in a peaceful environment, yet I would NEVER be able to do that. In fact, I was overstimulated just simply waiting on my drinks. Something needs to be done to monitor the noise level. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be returning in the future!!!!!

Just left there…. Ordered oatmeal all the way. It was cold. She only gave us blueberries told her we wanted everything. Only gave us nuts and agave. No cranberries and no brown sugar. Banana nut bread was cold after asking to have it warmed up. Both refresher drinks were made with water instead of Lemonade. She never asked us how we wanted our drinks. I see why people don’t come to this one…

The Bullhorn’s Hot Mic

Absolutely the WORST experience. Decided to go inside instead of waiting for the 15+ cars in line - that was the 1st mistake. Ordered 1 coffee and then waited…. It was super LOUD in the store, I could hardly stand inside while waiting. After waiting 20 minutes and NO sign of my simple coffee being made by anyone - I asked the cashier for a status?? She asks other staff and they start looking for the sticker/ticket. They clearly had it since I was given the water I o asked for as well- low and behold, it was made but put near the drive through orders?? Shift supervisor starts telling me that there was no name on the cup, I said that wasn’t my problem. She then has to remake the drink since it was sitting around too long. EXTREMELY long - remember the decision to go inside? I look outside and see the truck who would have been in front of me (if I stayed in the car) go through the drive thru window and drive away. And then another car. I ask for the manager and there isn’t one? Shift supervisor finally remakes the drink finally. NOT EVEN an I’M SORRY!!!! At the very least, offer to also give me the drink you threw away, or better yet - how about refund the $6.15 for the Problem and waste of customer’s time THEY CREATED. 28 minutes for 1 latte drink. Nowhere on the receipt to complete a survey about my visit, I wonder why…Parking: You can’t back your car out of a parking space due to the drive through line blocking you in!

I recently visited the store and dropped my wallet in the parking lot. A very kind regular patron turned it in and the store manager reached out to my wife. To the patron and store baristas I say THANK YOU!!!

I go to this Starbucks regularly. Just about every time, they take 20-30 minutes to make my order of a simple hot black brewed coffee. Compared to all other Starbucks in the Wesley Chapel and New Tampa area, this Starbucks is consistently the slowest and most inaccurate with their service. The interior is not the most cleanest either. It doesn't look like they wipe their tables at all. If you don't want to wait and enjoy your cup of coffee, go elsewhere.

This is *MY* Starbucks. I mobile order for convenience but hate not getting to talk to humans. My favorite thing about this store is that every employee in it greets me with a grand hello when I come in and makes me feel just like a loved little human. My coffee is perfect everytime always. Thank you!

Parking: Parking is ridiculous. People going the wrong way and causing backups. Not enough signage. The Starbucks drive thru will backup all the way around the building and block people from getting in or out at times.
