service was horrible they weren’t busy at all and usually when we go out to eat we be mindful if it’s short staffed or busy yk but they gave us a waitress she was super sweet they transferred us to another one named kaylee the food took forever but that’s not her fault but she was standing at the bar the whole time talking and talking i get it if there were drinks to be made but if you’re full on having a convo with different people for 15 minutes and all you asked was if we needed a refill is crazy when we were all done eating and it’s obvious bc we stacked our plates and then proceeded to not come back for another 20 min oh and the time wasn’t her fault on the food but half our order came out and we waited 15 min for the other half .. embarrassing to be calling ur self a bartender and a server when you cant even multi task. it was empty rly they put us in the back by the bathroom after we waited to be seated or Greeted for 5 min the food was burnt and we asked for bbq on the side for wings they put it on it ..it was a 5 top not a 12 top our order was not complicated we pretty much ordered the same thing and only 2 of them were right

My son and I came in here to eat about an hour ago. I'm only writing this review for the server ( Denasia ) She was the best server I've ever had. Our food got messed up . It wasn't her fault. What made me really upset is I could hear a male yelling at her ! She didn't make the food. She didn't mess up the food either. Whomever was yelling at her ,that was so nasty. I came to have a great experience with my son .. instead I felt very uncomfortable.. The food was fixed ,great. The waitress kept a great attitude throughout being yelled at ...and also kept making sure that we were good. If that was me , I would have walked out. She kept smiling and was very kind ! The manger did apologize as well. I appreciate that. What I would really appreciate is everyone treating that young lady as she deserves to be treated. 10 stars for how Denasia handled everything. I will come back again . Hopefully next time things are smooth. Thank you so much Denasia!

Food is okay, its a sports bar, you aren't disappointed with anything but nothing rocks your socks either.Service at the bar is 10/10, don't think I waited for more than a minute max for a beer, half the time she was pulling a new bottle when she saw I had 1/4th left of what I was drinking. Top notch as far as server went.

We came in and was told to seat ourselves after sitting for almost an hour we still didn’t get menus or drinks. Finally got up and left.
As a food delivery driver I get to see a different perspective of the restaurants.This was definitely a SAFETY HAZARD... WING HOUSE GET IT TOGETHER... It's not safe for your employees or your customers. It's not the employees because the lady at the register was awesome.

I have never left a negative review in my life but this one is definitely needed. I would not recommend Wing House in Wesley Chapel off of 54. Servers were inattentive and unorganized. The food was mediocre. We waited well over an hour for our food and I saw it sitting in the pass for at least 5-10 minutes before it was delivered to us. I ordered a take out order for when we were leaving and ended up cancelling it because I waiting an hour and a half for it. The manager was very unorganized and unprofessional. She couldn't handle customers complaints and I never once heard her apologize for the food or service. She gave excuses that the cook was 'new'. She never came over to us to make our experience better and didn't provide us any compensation for the delay or quality in our food. I was appalled by the hygiene. I witnessed the manager and a waitress walk into the kitchen helping the cook with orders with their long hair not tied back or in hair nets and not wearing gloves. The restaurant had no mayo on site for burgers. I will not be returning.
