server was great, food was absolutely horrible and coming from someone who eats anything. we would have come back to try it again but the manager Jamie was so unprofessional and rude, will not be back because of him specifically.

That the food here is great is enough BUT there’s also LIVE music! Mondays feature a terrific jazz trio AND entrees are half-price. Dueling piano nights are also excellent.

Manager needs to go, pure mental case. Understandable what might have happened throughout the day, but what we witnessed was not a proper way to treat anyone. Truly hope he's not the owner, would hate to have to stop dining here.Experience, aces.Manager, Jared Leto level of a Joker

Not really dueling pianos, rather take requests. Fun, but not what I was hoping for.

I cannot comment on the food, but service is horrible. I made a reservation and got all the girls together for brunch. On the day we arrived, it was very slow and it took at least 15 mins for someone to walk up to the front desk. Once we checked in the server informed us that they had a party coming in at 2, (our reservation was for 1:00) and we basically had an hr to eat the buffet and would need to sit outside if we wanted to stay after 2. I asked if we could order off the menu instead and she indicated that she would have no food ready, but yet they had a party coming at 2. She indicated that she tried to call me, but she didn't leave a message nor a text, nothing. I drove 30 mins out of my way for my friends and I to be disappointed. Apparently a party of four is not important to them when they have an opportunity to make more money with a bigger party. It's all about the money, sad.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this seemed like it needed one. Also please read the owners response to the reviews that didn’t leave 4/5 stars. Very disheartening.Anyways, we just moved to WC and I had looked at nice date/family night places to go to. I liked the pictures and the website but didn’t look at any of the reviews but I mentioned to my husband I wanted to go here given the live music and the menu seemed desirable.Yesterday he surprised me for my birthday with the kids. When I walked in, aesthetically, it was underwhelming. My husband had reservations for 7, we arrived at 7:05 and we were told you seat yourself. In the whole restaurant including the bar area, there were probably 10 tables with people, mostly couples, with the biggest party being a table of like 7. Stay with me, it’s pertinent. Our server came shortly after and we ordered drinks. My husband ordered a Mexican Mule and the server was like whiskey? He said Mexican mule, she said another beverage name, he was like no Mexican mule and had to point to the drink on the menu. We agreed she clearly doesn’t know the drinks. I ordered a glass of moscato along with calamari and brussel sprouts for appetizers. Both appetizers were okay, nothing that we would rave about. The moscato was flatttttt. Our kids ordered chicken tenders and fries. My husband ordered the half rack of lollipop lamb chops and I had the ribeye. *We ordered our food when she brought out our drinks because we have 3 kids and know the faster we put our order in the less time we are at the restaurant and we avoid irritable kids. Our food was taking forever. I was a second closer to complaining about the wait and could never locate the server when she then appears around the corner. It was 8:22 before we got our food! It was ridiculous given we put the order in so long ago and it wasn’t a busy day. As she is giving us our order another individual interrupts her to ask for the manger as she seems so angry to the point they ask her to have the conversation outside. The atmosphere was okay. The live music was fine. During our time they played like 3 songs but I also don’t know how long they had been playing before us and I get they need break too but I would’ve enjoyed more music. Our food was so disappointing. The food was COLD! My husband said the lamb chops tasted bland and undercooked as he ordered medium well. My ribeye was dryyyyyy. The kids had no issues with the chicken tenders but clearly their standards are not ours. My husband ate one lamp chop simply because we hadn’t eaten since breakfast and my husband loves lamb just as I love ribeye. That was so disappointing. My moscato was flat which we complained about everything and our server said she was going to tell the check. She came back to us with “well I told the chef but it’s half off entrees on Mondays so it works out that you already get a discount” and she replaced my flat moscato with a sangria to go because I didn’t want to stay there any longer. Don’t get me wrong she was nice though. I anticipated desert since it was my birthday as I asked her about the cheesecake at the beginning but given the rest of the food experience I didn’t want to take a chance — went to coldstone for ice cream instead! We just thought given it wasn’t busy that they food would be good versus a very busy night.I don’t think we’ll give this another try but we wouldn’t have known if we didn’t try!

me and my family attended the easter brunch—if i could give half a star, i would. our waitress was very nice, but the rest of our experience was not. for starters, all of the food was dried out, cold (not room temperature),and stale. the online menu they offered was, unfortunately, a lie. the ‘waffle battered’ chicken tenders were just the classic, frozen, bagged ones you can find on a kids menu. the ‘bourbon maple syrup’ was just plain. the ‘brioche french toast’ they claimed to offer was a dry, (my bite was sour), bread pudding bake. the chicken and (stale) waffles were just okay. the omelet station was fine but didn’t have the variety of veggies and cheeses it claimed. the taco bar was, infact, not a bar. it was just premade tacos with rubber steak and chicken— there was supposed to be shrimp as well; but i never saw any. the menu claimed there would be assorted pastries, meats, and cheeses. there was one sad burrata dish and no pastries. somehow, the fries they offered were the worst i’ve ever had. how is a fry dry, wet, and gritty at the same time? not to mention they tasted like old grease. the prime rib was gross looking enough that out of the group of us, no one dared to try it. sauces they claimed to have weren’t there, and our interaction with the (i’m assuming) owner wasn’t all the great. to finish there were no desserts. we had more issues, but the experience was so bland i can’t even remember them all. this is all to say that for 10$ a person maybe a brunch like this would be okay, but for 45$? just save your money :)editing this to say that a day later, the owner (james) deleted my mothers facebook review and has edited what the easter brunch menu was to make it look like it stated having the correct food.

We play trivia on Tuesday nights. Food is good. I usually roll with the smokehouse burger and house-made chips. Service is usually good, but can be hit and miss depending on staffing and the crowd.

All was going great. Great service and great food. Then a manager came and said she had a reservation for 9p, so she needed to clean our table. We we all very disappointed. Really rude!We spent approximately $350. I will ever go back! And we are all discussing how sad this was on our drive home!!! There were 3 of us celebrating my friends birthday.

Don’t leave reviews often, but felt this was a necessary one. We were excited to try the Sunday brunch buffet, but unfortunately it was a less than ideal experience. Atmosphere gets three stars because the piano playing was nice and Ariel kept the mimosas coming and at $15 for bottomless… not terrible! Unfortunately the rest was…. to be as honest as possible, pretty bad.Service: The hostess was on her phone the majority of the time we were there and wasn’t super warm. She was also warning people about the fact that you are not allowed to order from the menu and having people seat themselves and follow which I thought was kind of odd, but I get giving people the option.Food: This was the most disappointing part. Was excited for the beignets but they were crunchy and cold, the waffle was crunchy and hard, fruit was tough, lettuce on taco had brown on it and taco shell was hard from the heat lamp, baked ziti was bland. Fried chicken wasn’t bad and taco chicken wasn’t awful. Omelet station also not bad!I get it’s a $20 all you can eat which is a good price for a nice brunch buffet but this one was not worth it, which is too bad because we were so excited to try it. Our final bill with tip was $90 for two people… definitely a regret. Perhaps night time drinks and dueling pianos is a better time to try!
