Can’t beat the customer service here for a fast food restaurant, they’re amazing. Better service than at sit down restaurants. The owner very friendly and you could tell he cares about his restaurant.

First time going to a del taco and the food was def better than taco bell but they got my order wrong ordered 2 crispy tacos got 2 soft shell tacos that fell apart

Regular ground beef tacos are good, fish tacos are good, but any other tacos are really really bad, chicken smells like cat pee, steak looks like canned dog food chunks and tastes like it came out of a cheap frozen dinner, lettuce is sad and soft, sour cream is like milk consistency. Just go to Taco Bell ?

I’ve tried this Del Taco on 4 different occasions since they opened. When they first opened the food was super good. The past few times the food has been tremendously mediocre. It just feels like nobody cared when making the food.

We have never been to a Del Taco and wanted to give it a try. Terrible service. The 2 people working were totally unorganized and didn’t communicate. There was a party of 4 ahead of us and us (2). We must have waited at least 30 minutes if not longer. They served ONLY the drive through. Our order sat and no one gave it to us. It was cold. 4 tacos. That’s what we ordered. Taste was good but cold. Just terrible. Grace and Frankie made it look so great too. Grace and Frankie we are not.
