We just picked up a Quarter Pounder Combo that after one bite went in to the Trash where it belonged, Undercooked and had been sitting for a Long time. The Cheese was dried up and hard.Not gonna use this McDonald's anymore.

The woman who took my order was one of the most caring I have ever met. She could tell I was sad and came around the counter and gave me a big hug.
There's some heavy set white woman who is about 5' 9" she claimed to be the manager but was extremely rude this was mon Feb 5th at 6:45pm. My grandfather who is 76 orderd a double big Mac and it had one patty on it so he sent me back in because he's old, and he made sure to request they don't spit on his burger for asking them to fix it... So I asked that politely. Well she was a Uber C-word about me ever bringing an order that was messed up to her attention. She talked about how he didn't notice until he took a bite???? I'm 31 and a former certified food safety manager at a current restaurant down the road and if I heard this interaction I would have fired her on the spot. This is your manager? Please re train her to be compassionate and caring of her career or she may be replaced by someone who does. That is all.
