I arrived at McDonald's with my girlfriend and the worker in the drive-thru greeted us rudely by saying "what do you want". This was not an appropriate way to address a customer. Furthermore, I had requested some sauces to be included in my bag, but when I checked the bag, there were none. Additionally, I ordered a 6-piece nugget meal, but the nuggets were raw and combined in the box, making me lose my appetite. The workers at this McDonald's seem to be hostile and uninterested in their job, and they ignored me when I went inside to the front counter, even after waiting for 10-15 minutes. This McDonald's makes Arby's sound like a good idea.

Possibly the worst experience eating at any McDonalds ever. Ok it was 1215 AM bút I don't feel that's an excuse for how bad it was. Fries were barely warm and we had a long wait at the drive thru. Fries and spicy chicken bun were the same consistency ,like rubber.Chicken itself was overcooked ,dried out and not spicy or tasty. A total waste of 16 dollars . Service was poor also ,which means I will never likely go back to this location. This gives McDonald's a really bad name in my books. I learnt my lesson .Next time I will stay hungry before going back there.

I came through the drive thru Sunday after work about 10:30 pm. Ordered a Big Mac sandwich only, when I got home to have my meal...This is what was in the box , really disappointed I had to assemble my own sandwich.

Don’t care to put down what happened in the reviews as I will take it up with a manager who cares as their current manager at nights and employees are ignorant and could care less All I have to say is 1. Check your food before you leave to be sure it is all there. 2. Touch your food before you go to ensure it’s fresh if it isn’t give it back since you’re paying ridiculous prices just to be served cold food.

How are you going to tell me it takes 1 hour to reboot the system switching to breakfast....thats when you know they dont want to work lol rude ontop of that. Pitiful

Just went through drive thru 03/16/24 @ 4 pm. The fabulous girl who took my order was absolutely wonderful. The girl in the pick up window was very rude and had a scowl on her face. I just wanted to make sure I had mayo on my sandwich. She gave me a dirty look and snapped at me that it’s on the sandwich and turned her back on me with an agitated demeanor. Wow! Sorry I offended you by asking for mayo. To the super nice girl at the first window… you’re 5 stars ⭐️ plus! To the girl at the pick up window you could learn from your co worker on how to interact politely with customers

They lost my order, I waited till the people behind me got thier order, an when I asked for my order I was told to wait.Another 10 min. And still no food, while other people got theirs. So after 20minutes I walked out. Good riddence.

Thanks for leaving me in the drive through at 6am when all my wife wanted was a quick coffee . I see the 15 bucks an hour thing is really motivating everyone to do an excellent job . Wawa to the rescue with better food and service and prices .

Got there and decided to walk in because I wanted to use my code and thought it would be easier inside… WRONG! I had a seperate order from the person I was with and I used the kiosk and mine came out fine. The other person had to wait 10 at the counter for someone to take our order and then while we were waiting, apparently they served our order before it was even ready so they did not acknowledge we had an order until I stood in front of their serving counter for 5 mins and she told me my order was strangely not there so they asked me what my order number was and I told them as it still showed it on the screen as now serving. Before I was even at the counter we waited a good 20 mins for our food to be called out. Didn’t even bother with a refund, just wanted to get the heck out of there. Will be contacting corporate.

They got my mobile order wrong, gave me someone else's breakfast and drink, couldn't eat any of it. Tried calling, no answer. Never coming back here again. Thank you for the wasted money.
