It is a simple Vietnamese restaurant. It didn't impress me, but I was hungry.

Food is DELICIOUS! If you expect your server to go above and beyond then you won’t like it here. But the food is so good I don’t care about the waiters.

The broth for the pho is so tasty.. The depth of flavor you can only get with many, many hours of simmering and family recipe..I personally tried all the meats, they are all good, but I fund myself going back for the steak ;) If you like really spicy, Make sure you ask for there homemade chili paste..Wow, it's fire!Bottom line, best pho in Brevard..

One of the weirdest experiences I’ve had at a restaurant and complete waste of time. We walk in at 1030am (they open at 10). All the chairs are still up on the table so I ask the employee if they are open just to make sure. He says yes. So we get sat down and mind you we also have our 1yr old son with us too, they bring us menus then shortly after they take our order. At this point I’d say we’ve been here now 10min. AFTER they have sat us down, take our order, and now we’re just waiting around for our food, the guy cleaning the floors tells us “the chef isn’t here”. What? So you thought having us come in, take our food order, see us get our son situated and everything, and after all that THEN tell us the chef isn’t in but we can wait if we he want. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL US THAT THE MOMENT WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AND ASKED IF YOU WERE OPEN. If you do not have a chef to cook food, you are not open, plain and simple. Needless to say I will not be back and this place needs to get their stuff together asap. They probably need to get a new chef too.

I always enjoy the food that we order here. My favorites are the beef fried rice and Vietnamese egg rolls. We’ve never had a bad experience here and we’ll definitely be back again.

Mine could be a one off.The veggie pho was stale and tasted rotten without any flavor. The noodles were old and so were the veggies. The veggie roll was good.Good vegetarian options

Pho Viet is one of the better Vietnamese places in the area and I love their desserts. They have a huge assortment and large menu. Definitely check them out if you are in the area and craving Vietnamese!

The food is delicious. I didn't like the service. The waiter was rude and not friendly. We visited this restaurant twice in the hope that the impression would change, but unfortunately this did not happen. We won't be back again.
