I actually had no problems, service and food were both great...I'm being cautiously optimistic here but maybe there's hope this time, I gave up on y'all for a few years but I'll be a regular if it can stay this way

Our food was delicious, our service was not. Placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive-thru. Arrived at the time it said to pick up. Got to the window and was rudely told they didn't have any order for me. Was told to pull up and park that maybe the system was slow. Waited about 15 minutes before going in to see what was going on. Was told again that my order never came through. I could see my order number and everything on the screen she was looking at. Told her that my order was right there on the screen. She was rude and nasty, passed me off to someone else after saying, "she says she ordered but it's not here." Like I was lying. I showed the other woman that my order was indeed on the screen and had been for the 15 minutes I had been standing there but was ignored by the other woman. The second woman filled my order, never received an apology or acknowledgment from the other woman. Very disappointed.

Service is not that friendly, and the food took forever. From the time we ordered at the cashier it took about 15 minutes to get our meal. On the first trip, the restroom was disgusting with poop all over the toilet. Very unsafe for a food establishment. The second time we went back the restroom was closed and it took roughly 20 minutes to get our food. The workers seemed confused on the orders. It was very disorganized. The food is great, freshly fried and not just kept in the heating tray. dining area floor feels sticky and the seats are not very clean either. Service is alright, staff are friendly, but service is kinda slow. so expect to wait.

They havent got my order right in over a year. Order a chicken sandwich and got a shrimp meal which I can't eat because I am allergic. Food is good when it is right but its never right.

They have gotten alot better. Food is fresh now. The tables usually need to be cleaned. They sometimes forget drinks. Overall I keep eating there. It's good enough for repeat visits. They have good deals and different combos on their app. Even the garlic parmesean wings were spicy for me.

When this Popeyes first opened they had terrible reviews but I still gave it a shot. Back then the service was terrible and the food wasn’t good at all. Years later we give it another shot because we love Popeyes and wanted some chicken. This store just simply does not have a clue. My wife asked for spicy chicken and they gave us classic. They had to argue amongst theirselves to figure out who was going to cash us out and pour our drinks. I ordered a shrimp and chicken tender combo and just got a box full of burnt shrimp lol. My rice and beans looked like soupy mud water. I know it’s fast food but for $30 for a little bit of chicken and shrimp they really need some work. lol

The food is the only thing that is good here. I never know how long I will wait and if they get the order correctly. Last visit they charged my card the incorrect amount and when I brought it up they looked at me like it was my fault and asked me what I wanted done about it?!! Seriously?? Now I have to reach out to my bank as I still have 2 charges. If their service was more efficient, I would go more often, but definitely won't till a manager/owner actually cares to take care of their business!!

Didn't include our sides.3. We didn't even pay for our order.4. She refused to listen to our explanation.5. We walked out and refused this place.She needs to be fired ASAP.
