My husband and I have been going there for a while now and one of the employees that we used to see there in Sundays told me she can put any kind of frosting on a cupcake. We went there today and I asked another girl if she can put the blueberry lemon frosting on a chocolate cupcake and she told me no. I want to know why, is it because she just didn’t want to do it? Also the shake machine was broken last time we went there and it had an out of order sign on it. The sign wasn’t there today, but she still said she couldn’t make one. I’m disappointed that the real friendly girl wasn’t there today. If I go there again I hope I don’t see the girl that lacks customer service skills and doesn’t want to do anything extra.

Cupcakes were definitely on the sweet side. Trust me, I have a HUGE sweet tooth, and even so... it was disappointing enough for me that I felt like I needed to write a review. Even the kids didn't want to finish them which made me the saddest... Now, some people love their buttercream extra sugary so this would be for you, but in my opinion I felt a little sad with them after paying $40+ for 12 cupcakes.... The cake was also crumbly and didn't really have any depth of flavor... However I want to acknowledge the excellent service and beautifully decorated cupcakes. They were easy and convenient which is what I needed at the time so I don't want to complain too much.. The red velvet was probably the best out of the 6 flavors we tried.

This is going to be a pretty long review, but, I am sharing our experience here in case if someone wants to think twice before placing a customized order. We recently placed an order for a custom birthday cake for our LO’s 4th birthday and it was a Blippi cake. When the baker heard the word “Blippi” said she never heard about that character, we understood not everyone is aware of this character. So, we showed her an image of the cake and explained to her that Blippi’s colors are blue and orange. While we were explaining, she noted down something, so we left the store assuming she got everything right. We emailed her the image of the cake too. When we went to pick up the cake (one day before the party), it was not what we asked for, instead of blue and orange, she had used blue and yellow and the baker was not in the shop. The guy at the cashier’s suggestion was to leave the cake no matter what was going to happen with the party the next day. While we were trying to request to change from yellow to orange, the manager showed up and her explanation was the image of the cake was blue and yellow, when it was clearly not yellow! She refused to change the colors and her explanation was that the baker won’t have time to do. After explaining to her what exactly happened when we placed the order and finding that Baker had not noted down the two colors in the order, she agreed to contact the baker to see whether she’d be willing to fix it the next day before the party. After a few minutes, the manager contacted us and said she was going to fix the cake so I could have it the next day. I am sharing the pictures after she fixed it ?It was not neat, full of cracks, horrible taste on the fondont, a complete waste of our money. The cake was moist and tasted OK. I am sharing this here, to make awareness of this place, specially if you are thinking of placing a customized order! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for such orders!
