Ordered a beef Burrito Supreme in drive thru. Got home and unwrapped a nasty gooey mess of beans with a small piece of tomato and a couple of strings of lettuce on it. Took it back in person and it was remade. Yes I watched. Got home to the exact same thing again. I'm pretty sure I've been ordering them longer than the manager and the employees have been alive, so y'all suck and need to be retrained on how to make a beef burrito supreme. I really wanted that. End rant.On a positive note, the music was pretty great in the dining room.

I eat Taco Bell. Tacos With refried beans, have for YEARS. They've changed the beans and now they're horrible!!!! Taste like cardboard ! HELP ..... CHANGE THEM BACK.... ..PLEASE!!!

If you like to eat in a dirty place this is the best for you, the cleanliness is terrible, they have no staff and for that reason they take a long time to deliver your order. I do not recommend it.
Manager was rude to employee, cursing while talking. Good took 25mins to get to us and was wrong. Blammedd on door dash "that gat lady" took your food. Then took another 10 mins to get food. Fries were cold and half missing, nacho cheese was cold and lumpy,Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had.

Owners and people who operate it are ignorant and rude. No gm or agm at store so crew runs it. Don't look into issues just fires the ones they don't like. Keeps employees pay. I would never in a million years allow my child to work her. Prime example of what bad franchise owners look like.
