They have always been friendly. My Dad loves the Grapenut custard. We are originally from Rhode Island, and Grapenut pudding was popular there with his age group. I enjoy their products as well. The employees have always been polite. ?Dietary restrictions: I did notice that they offered oatmilk options.Wheelchair accessibility: If they had a power door, that would be helpful. My Dad uses a walker. It would be helpful for older people or someone in a wheelchair.

Not too happy with their policy on paying with a $50. I spent almost $40 and I tried to pay with a $50 but I was told they have a policy to not take bills over $20. Now, I could understand that, if I was getting most of the $50 back in change but I was getting less than $12 back in change. I still made my purchase but not sure I will return in the future. I’m sure there are ice cream places that would love to take a fifty dollar bill when I’m spending that much on product.

My hands down favorite spot for frozen custard. The store is a simple, clean little spot. The personnel are always friendly and the custard AWESOME. At times, I will leave home, drive over to pick up some frozen custard with one of my favorite toppings, eat it, then return home. A simple pleasure. I highly recommend!

first time trying it, we got butter pecan and mint cookies and cream. BP was alright and the mint was pretty good but too minty. kinda like eating toothpaste with cookies in it. overall might try their other flavors but wouldn’t recommend the mint as of this time.
