March 31 2024The food had a very good flavor but cold as if it had been served and I had been waiting for 30 minutes to bring it to the table, I had to send it to heat up in the microwave, the rice, the beans and a chicken schnitzel along with two fried eggs and the cream The shrimp in garlic cream seemed to have come from the refrigerator, only the fries and tostones were at food temperature to eat on the spot.

I placed a order picked up the food as we were eating the food my sister noticed a roach wing that was cooked into her food. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR GO HERE AGAIN.I called and spoke with Daniela who was absolutely no help to let them know. leading me to write this review

I love coming to this place. Apart from all the food being delicious, I really enjoy the atmosphere full of peace, joy, and my friend Yami who serves my family and me with a lot of love and affection. My favorite coffee with milk that Yami prepares for us with its little heart shape on top gives it a special touch. I highly recommend coming to this place if you want to start your day with a good vibe and leave Al Pan Pan satisfied. :)
Good Neapolitan...I would recommend that the fries be peeled and cut on site, fundamentally that they are not pre-cooked since they take a lot of oil. Good pastries. Good attention. Cappuccino coffee should be improved because it is pure milk and little foam. So far Starbucks is the only one that makes good cappuccino
