Just tried Austin Republic for the first time- Had the burnt ends, collard greens , and shells! Nachos were awesome also! Food was amazing - Along with the Service was great. Cant wait to see the new restaurant when finished!

This is hands down the best restaurant in the south end of WPB! Brisket, all tacos and barbacoa empanadas were all phenomenal. We can’t wait to come back! This was a unique experience and I can’t recommend it enough!!

Loved the carnitas and brisket tacos, looking forward to trying out the Burrito (fan of barbacoa). I came back and had the burger + rancho beans (charro beans) and it was epic. ?? Chill vibe and lovely outdoor food truck layout. Very friendly staff.Parking: They had 8-10 parking spots, street parking available.

It is so exciting to see that barbecue is expanding to Wedt Palm Beach!!! I really love this new spot and cannot wait for the actual restaurant to open up... It is definitely going to be the new hangout spot. I also like the proximity to drive shack. One of my favorite bites was the Birria quesadilla and the queso and nachos. I was definitely surprised by the chicken, not something I would typically order at a barbecue spot, but it was really good. The brisket had a great rub and the sausage was on point. Service was great the owner was there and was super kind

Want to thank the Austin Republic team for successfully catering another event, first they catered the company Christmas party and everything was top notch and had the whole staff going for Thirds. When our catering plan fell through for my daughter's party we called up and these guys came through again! Food was a hit, service was amazing, and everything went smooth as an be. Thank you again and we will be back for more in the future!

I stopped at the Tex/Mex/barbecue food truck style eatery with my granddaughter around dinner time. The service was fantastic and the food was ready quickly. The day we were there it was a little chilly so we decided to do takeout, but there are several picnic tables to sit at outdoors.We ordered a chicken taco, chicken burrito, and chips with queso.. It was delicious. The only down side for us was that the queso was very runny and hard to eat without making a mess.

Believe the hype. The AB burger was top tier. Could eat that nearly every day. The ribs were falling off the bone with good flavoring. Was on the level where it needed no bbq sauce at all. Coming back next week for the brisket melt and another AB burger!Update: went back a few days later just to make sure the burger was as good as I thought. This burger is literally the top 3 in all palm beach. Also got the melt which was good as well. But the burger is the show stealer here.

I tried Austin Republic for the first time tonight, I had the brisket ,it came with pickled onion, jalapeños and pickles. I also had the chicken taquitos. Shhheeeeww they were good.
Hands down the best brisket I’ve had anywhere and guaranteed the best in South Florida. From the rub and crust to the perfectly cooked center and burnt ends. The brisket was enough and more for 12 very hungry people with a complement of sides including the mac and cheese and beans. You will not be disappointed. They exceeded everyone’s expectations. Thank you Austin Republic!!!

For the first time trying, I almost went into a food coma lol. MY sister and I had checked out this new restaurant last minute, literally 20 min before closing. We were welcomed by Jason (chef) with great positive attitude and gave us an amazing service. We are local residents & this is the best we ever had! We had order BRISKET MELT and AR BURGER to go. Definitely going back! Also, they are expanding a new section, excited to see!! Food was 100/100 that I forgot to take pictures.
