Exceptional customer service from their store manager, JT and his team! I ordered recently and had a slight issue with my order. After completing the feedback survey, I receive a call from JT saying he would like to have one of his staff personally deliver a free bowl to me. Luckily I was already in the area and was able to go right in and redeem my free bowl. JT made sure to follow up asking how everything was and went the extra mile to apologize and make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied with just his phone call alone and didn’t have to do anything beyond that, so it was much appreciated. I never really come online to write reviews, but I wanted to make this known for this location itself. Great customer service is rare these days!
