We stopped here to try something new on Valentine's. They seemed less busy than many other restaurants and had a good spot on the patio. (Should have guessed why. )

This was the worst meal we had during our stay in West Palm Beach. The food was terrible. Place dirty. Don't waste your money nor time. Much better places in the area to eat. Never again.

I'm sorry it wasn't all that very friendly staff waitresses but the food wasn't 100%.

BBQ isn't my favorite food but my husband raves about this place so we came to try it out. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a side of fried Brussel sprouts. The food was really good, service was friendly and we also ordered a fishbowl drink they had. It was nice to look at and take pics of but oh so sour to drink (hence the 4 stars). We sat on the outdoor patio and they have 3 tv's out there and plenty of seating. They also have an outdoor bar where you can sit and that was nice too. It does have a lovely view of City Place by the AMC theatre. If you love BBQ you'll get some really great food here. The Smokey and bbq flavors are all on point.

I don't like posting negative reviews, but I need to save other couples who only get one (or less) date night a month. We decided to stroll around downtown and my husband indicated that he wanted BBQ, so when we saw Brother Jimmy's, we decided to try it. We requested to be seated outside so we could watch the world going on around us. The hostess was very nice and we were seated promptly outside. The atmosphere was pleasant. We each ordered a beer and my husband ordered the pressed brisket sandwich and I ordered the brisket po-boy. The beer was warm, but we didn't want to disturb our harried waitress about it. The food finally came and it was the worst BBQ either of have ever eaten. I don't even know how to describe it. It was like spam with extra salt and a lot less flavor. The sides were mildly acceptable- we had tater tots and Mac n' cheese. We didn't say anything about the poor quality of the meat and maybe we should have. I think we would have if one of the meals had been bad, but since both were awful, we just figured this was the standard fare and we would receive the same type of food if they tried to correct it. We waited an eternity to pay. That night I woke up at midnight to horrible gastrointestinal distress (that lasted all night). I don't know if it was from the food, but I can't figure out what else it would have been from. We just won't go back. It is a nice location, though.

Ordered the southern fried chicken. It was ok, but got half a chicken for $19. Maybe focus on quality and serve less as you must be very hungry to finish that (incl 2 sides)

It was a nice place, we had rented out the upper floor and it was a bit warmer up there which was nice because it was kind of a crusty day. Food was good. Nice view......

Delicious food and they were open late... We stopped by the comedy club and decided to eat here afterwards, thankful they were open on a Sunday night and we didn't have to settle for less.. We sat outside in the bar area but there is inside dining as well.. Service was amazing and you could tell there were a lot of regulars at the bar

Takes forever & a day to get your food. Place is absolutely DISGUSTING to say the least. Is cleaning a thing here or do they just skip that aspect of the job? Mold and mildew are absolutely everywhere. You can clearly see it throughout the dining room, bar, and kitchen. There's cross-contamination everywhere, no labels on anything, the coolers aren't even at the correct temps?! Oh yeah, let's not forget about not even having ice scoops for beverages or the ice buckets that are kept ON THE FLOOR. Oof. * I'd rather eat out of a dog's mouth than eat food from here again. Standards are lower than the floor in every area possible. Staff constantly play with their hair & faces and are always texting..let's not forget taking shots behind the bar even with the owners. Guess that helps you get through your shifts when you work for such a horrible restaurant. The only reason the place is somewhat standing, is because of the location. So sad that Brother Jimmy's BBQ has absolutely nothing spectacular to offer Downtown West Palm..Hopefully not for too much longer though. * Owners, Dave & Tiffany Blitstein seem too conceited to care about not only their customers but their employees either..If they did care about anyone but themselves they'd certainly run a much cleaner, higher standard, integrity filled business..One that actually pays their employees. But they can definitely hope to open an Orlando location before that. * All in all, Brother Jimmy's doesn't even deserve a 1 star. It deserves to be shut the hell down and permanently closed. Dave & Tiffany should have absolutely no right to call themselves entrepreneurs let alone restaurateurs. If I were in the business 24 years I would for damn sure make sure everything..EVERYTHING..exceeded expectations in everyway. #QualityOverQuantity #Yikes
