They need to wear hairnets because there are complications with food contamination. Customer service was friendly. Keep dining area, more clean and tidy. Food was ok.

Honestly only leaving this review for Travesha (I hope that's how her name is spelled). She is an exceptional employee. I honestly thought she was the manager. She's the cashier, she's quality assurance (because both times I've been the cooks got EVERYONE'S ORDER WRONG even though she put in everyone's order correct). She is an amazing employee and truly the only reason we've been back.

Nice people, great food, find the steak a lil on the salty side, but what I learned is, you can order it without salt lol,wasn't aware of that. Overall for me, definitely a five star experience there. Btw...their milkshakes are fantastic.....ps....don't tell my doctor

After shopping at Walmart I was hungry so me and my friend when into Charley’s to get something to eat the cashier was awesome after my friend order I was skeptical to buy anything I couldn’t make up my mind so the cashier offered to help me and wow she have the best personality as a customer service person travisha is a people person she make me enjoy our meal ? thank you continue smilingVegetarian options: You can make your choice of what you wantParking: Location
I've been to this store before and the customer service was poor. I ceased coming. I came in today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely kind and inviting. At the door, a young lady was handing out samples and greeting customers. Jamiah, the cashier, was really customer service oriented. She greeted me with a grin and informed me of my options. She also told me about an app that I could download to get a discount on my first purchase. The new employees have been fantastic. Thank you for looking after the business, management. I'm looking forward to returning.

I found a bug in my drink. Everything tasted okay but the fact that there was a bug amonst what I was consuming is very nauseating.
I frequent the belvedere location very often I normally mobile order that way no mistakes will be made on my order. today 5/20/23 I thought I order my usual the cheese steak meal no tomatoes or mushrooms with extra pickles and large strawberry lemonade. The female cashier unbeknownst to me just charge me for the drink and sandwich. After a 10-minute wait I was handed my food by Jordan (this is important to know) as he turns around, I said excuse me may I please have some ketchup. I get to my car check my bag to skim a few fries to find none so I go back into the store and tell Jordan hey I did not receive my fries he say with a less than friendly tone what is your order number which I tell him he tell me that I did not order them cool that is not a problem now the problem I have the line is long I should not have to go through the process again after waiting in line for another five minutes Jordan rings me up for the fries I ask his coworkers for his name. I assume one of his coworkers tells him he offended the black hair woman so he goes to apologize to the woman he assumes he offended when he finds out it is me, he does not otter not one apology. he goes on to talk to his male coworker about the situation while pointing at me which I state do not point your finger at me. when Jordan packages up my fries he lightly tosses it on the counter in front of me not handed it to me like he did with the sandwich earlier or any other times I came to this location. I will be sending this to corporate as well.

Jawad, the manager, was so nice and so personable. The food is great but the service is even better! Not to mention they were fast, friendly the entire time and our food came out perfect just the way we asked.

Came here for the first time last night, been wanting to since it opened some time agoAlex was the one who took my order, he seemed nice, and alot of other reviews seem to agree on that. I had to wait a few minutes after the customer ahead of me ordered before I could, but I assume that's because they want to get customers served so there's not too many waiting at onceI ordered a cheesesteak, fries, and a drink, I asked for no onions or veggies; just the meat and cheese. The drink machine is self serve which I like in case I come to Walmart to get my oil changed in my car and I need something to kill time while they're working on it.It tasted very good. Staff were great. The only reason I knocked off a star was because I asked for a large fry but got charged and received a regular size that almost looked like a small.I will definitely be back, but again, I asked for a large fry, was charged for a regular, and got what looked like a small.

To be honest, the guy who helped us was great. Very personable. But this is a good establishment. You have 2 girls visible working the kitchen with hair down almost to their knees. No hair nets, no pony tails, just swinging around. I’ve never seen that in my life. Very disappointing.
