I can’t believe I’m writing a 1 star review for a chicfila, home of the best service but I sadly and angrily have to say today was the worst fast food experience I’ve had let alone chicfila. As we all know, as good as chicfila is, the lines can be traffic inducing for the surrounding businesses. Today they had 2 men directing traffic, I noticed the car ahead of me had room behind it for me to follow suit, but the traffic attendant had other ideas, he physically hit my car with his hand to stop me “let me do my job.” I was simply trying to get my car out of the way of the traffic and into the chicfila lot. I’ll never come to this location again, I know it doesn’t matter me saying that, as most only come to voice their frustrations but I’m genuinely shocked and disappointed by today’s interaction. To John the parking attendant that hit my car, hope you have the day you deserve.

Had an online order. Didn’t give any of the 6 sauces I order. Basically made the entire thing worthless. $12.Whats the point of walking the bag to my car in drive thru 5 cars back/early from the window if its wrong? Disappointing.

Walked up to Chick-fil-A and was told that the lobby was closed we were able to order outside but while we wait this is what we see in the closed lobby.
Every time I go to Chick-fil-A, I ask them to make my food well done. And every time I go there, they refuse, and I end up eating the soggiest, softest trash.Every time I asked them why they refuse to well-done my food, they gave me increasingly spurious answers. "It's automated" no It's not I can see the people making it. "It's on a timer" yeah and they can't let it run another thirty seconds?The last time I went there, a manager came out and said, to my face, in so many words, that they just weren't going to well-done my food for no particular reason. And then it came out cold. I can honestly respect that kind of brutal honestly. I'm never going back here again, but I respect the gall.

All I wanted was a freaking cold coffee why would you ask me do I want what you make the coffeee with and I don’t work here you already added vanilla and mocha and u don’t wanna add more and I offered to pay auraestela the worst employee she needs to be in school not working

It is a nice chick fill a drive thru is awesome and service is great their nice. The last time I went the line was long and raining. But they took their time and made it seem faster instead of like a negative attitude.
