Very bad service I placed an order over the phone and a man answered me, I ordered 2 pepiadas queens then I went to pick up my order when I got home I see that what they gave me was 2 chicken arepas and I immediately called them back to ask me resolved because I had not ordered that and the very rude man told me that he could not do anything because I had ordered 2 chicken arepas, which I did not ask for. I do not know where he got that idea from, I always bought there and he There were 2 ladies serving but now that man they have there gives very bad service. I will never buy from that place again ?I don't recommend them ?

they double charge me wen I paid with my debit card I even showed my bank account to the owner she refused to do the reimbursement or give me some store credit making I big deal raising her voice at me in front of other costumers fallout me to the parking lot saying nonsense, been very rude.They charged me twice when I paid with my debit card, I even showed my bank account to the owner and she refused to return the money or give me credit if I bought something else saying incoherent things in the presence of other customers until she followed me Even in the parking lot, be very careful and don't lose sight of your bank accounts. Imagine if they do this like me to 10 clients a day. Imagine how much money they steal from clients daily. I recommend being very careful and not buying anything in this place.

Chikitas is a true treasure of Venezuelan gastronomy. I tried their hallacas and was impressed. The flavor was exquisite and the hallacas were perfectly done. The empanadas, especially the pavilion ones, are some of the best I have ever eaten, very well prepared and with a good amount of filling (the pavilion is just right). Without a doubt, it is a place that I would recommend to any lover of Venezuelan food. A delicious experience that I will definitely repeat!
