Please, don't go to this Chili's to spend your money (I didn't, due to its poor environment). Very low class personnel including the manager. Servers extremely bad attitude to mention the least. Low pitch behaviors. Anger management and behavior modification should be applied to the employees (servers) of this establishment. Manager cares less about your complaint. He looks and sounds unqualified to be a manager and plays manipulative low tactics on customers. His appearance is awful, hair all over his face, not well groomed, sloppy appearance and demeanor. This is a low place.

Awful Chili's experience while in West Palm Beach. It started when I asked to sit on the left side of the restaurant and was told NO, when it wasn't busy. Then the service was mediocre at best with our server and host!! Got a rob combo but it wasn't right so switched to fajitas. Just not a good experience. We have to go back to West Palm In a few weeks definitely don't know about going back here.

I enjoy going to Chili's. This was my first time at this restaurant. We ordered drinks and the first cups of coffee were cold. The salsa was really watered down. The Texas cheese fries were good. I ordered the Santa Fe salad. I have had this many times at other locations. But, here it was very bland and basically tasted like a regular salad. We normally visit the Port St. Lucie and Stuart locations and I just feel the provide better service and food.

This is 1 of the only 2 Chili’s we go to. But out of the 2, this one is the best! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeting by friendliness and normally don’t wait too long to sit. We’ve had amazing experiences with all the waiters, but particularly Luis and Marco. We dined with Luis for the first time and he was incredibly attentive, quick, and extremely pleasant. You can tell that Luis and the entire staff are very well-trained in providing the best customer service. They have food runners that are so on point with delivery that it feels like you’re at a 5star restaurant, and even those aren’t this good. Everyone seems to genuinely care about making your experience memorable. Food, delivery, presentation, and service exceeded all of our expectations…every time. Will always go to this Chili’s (and Wellington if in that area) in future visits. Thanks guys!!!
