First of all this location is always SUPER PACKED and not enough parking. They need another location nearby it’s freaking horrible. Second, the STAFF including the man manager on night shift is rude, unprofessional, and impatient. They are always rushing and frustrated because the damn line is always too freaking long. To the point they rush making your food. Thirdly, they NEVER have vegetables or guacamole. And gets an attitude when you ask how long the wait for it. Some of us drive 20 mins to this freaking location because it’s the only one nearby. And the food be horrible and the service is terrible. Tonight; I was asking understandable questions and this Spanish lady was very nasty but making our food with that bad energy. I just left and didn’t want it. I eat chipotle 3 times a week in Ft Lauderdale. Moved here and HATE eating chipotle because this location SERVICE and FOOD is wack! Drive further and go where your business is respected and valued.

DO NOT ODER FROM HERE!!!!! I ordered online and they completely messed up my order. I didn’t get the black beans on my bowl or the extra chicken i paid for, instead they gave me nasty chewy steak. This is not the first time this has happened! As well my rice was clumpy and I didn’t get the cheese on my bowl either. TERRIBLE PLACE!

the people who work here suck. the food sucks. they give the smallest portions. highly recommend not coming here. it’s worth driving to another chipotle just to avoid this this place. they should shut down or actually hire competent workers. I literally walked out because they gave me half a scoop of steak and barely any rice. do yourself a favor and avoid this chipotle!!

My most recent visit was okay. They seem short staffed. The drink area wasn't very tidy and the garbage containers were all pretty full and there was a long line with only a handful of people visibly working. The food however was pretty tasty. I was so frustrated with the wait, I got off of line and ordered online from my phone. I got my meal a minute or two after the person behind me in line got theirs, but I also got to sit and relax while I waited patiently for them to make my food.

I can say I love chipotle but this location has to do better first off they never have anything an when it’s your turn to place your order then you find out they don’t have this or that such an inconvenience so I would say the manager needs to work on telling the team to inform the guest so you don’t wait in line for 15 min you can take that time an go elsewhere. The manager is very rude such as horrible attitude treat the customers with a better attitude an announce that you ran out of certain items

I just went here and did a takeout oder for $55.00 dollars.. me and my family are not pleased .. the employee's act like they are Miserable they are not friendly at all... they just slap the food in to a bowl we all got very little meat... even cheese ... I been to this location since it open.. and in the very beginning the staff was great.. I don't know what has happened but I won't be back... I'll give my money to Chick-fil-A down the road where their customer service is outstanding and we always get everything that we're supposed to have ... You guys need to have better customer service... We need to get what we pay for period

This is one of the worse chipotles I’ve ever been to. They’re not clean and is very rude. They’re pretty much touching everything with the same set of gloves and rushing everyone out no good costumer service whatsoever. The photo I uploaded the entire side is flooded with water on the ground especially the rugs are soaked.
Small portions. If you order on any app be prepared for your order not to be ready and wait 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to the Okeechobee one.

This seems to be the spot for younger crowd. It’s very popular and gets very busy. I give Service a four out of five and Food a four out of five because the item I ordered wasn’t available watermelon lemonade, when I went to get my beverage out of four different choices of lemonades there was not one that was an empty, as I approached the counter asking for them to refill the lemonades, I was told they would get on it and then returned to eat my food. An hour later I went to leave and get my lemonade & it still had not been refilled and the manager that time proceeded to tell me they were too busy to adhere to my request. So she offered me a bottled lemonade, but I paid the price I paid for lemonade because it was supposed to be unlimited refills not just one bottled drink as than that the food was good and it was a great young hip atmosphere. Even the line was really long it didn’t take long for me to get my food And enjoy my meal.Parking: The parking lot was overly crowded and took a spot to find one but there is a side street that is free to park on as well. Limited handicap, parking spaces available.
