Great atmosphere and the iced caramel coffee got me through my work session. The staff are knowledgeable about their food/drink items and are attentive to all customers that walk through the door. I want to give an extra shout out to Barbara for being so kind. Will for sure be back!

I come here all the time to do some work in my computer and it’s just a great vibe overall, the Coffe it’s actually specialty Coffe beans and I can taste the difference if I compare to any other Coffe shop, I really like their Chicken and Basil sandwich. There is a lot of tables and comfortable seats for work and wall outlets to charge the laptop.The manager is a wonderful guy he is always asking if we need anything.If you need a place to escape from reality and relax Carmela is the place for you!

First time here & I can't wait to return. As you walk in, the decor is beautiful. It's calm and serene, perfect for getting computer work done. I did not get to try their coffee but I had their salmon bagel and it was incredible. The staff was very kind and helpful.

horrible experience and dinning . we ordered 3 breakfast only 2 arrived . we had to wait another 10min before the 3 sandwich arrived and it was the wrong sandwich. we told them it was the wrong sandwich and then server says we have to take the wrong sandwich that they made and wanted us to pay for a 4th sandwich . we asked to speak to the manager he told them to make correct sandwich but when arrived another 10min later it was soggy and lack salt and taste. when we asked for salt we was told to go into a cupboard to get salt . the manager never even come to our table once to check in on us and walked passed numerous timecustomer service was horrible , food and coffee

Went for breakfast with two other people. After they received their food, I was asked by the female waitress if I ordered something, yet she was the one who took the order down. At the register, she asked me if I wanted the croissant or kaiser roll, and I said croissant, which i was charged for $12 . I waited more than 10 minutes after the other people got their food. She gave me the kaiser roll. When I told her I ordered the croissant. She sent the boy waiter to tell me I told her the breakfast sandwich. I said I did say sandwich, but it was obvious that I ordered the croissant which I was charged for. I was told by the boy waiter that I have to take the kaiser roll and pay for the croissant. I said I did already. He said I'm not understanding him. When we asked for the manager, the manager didn't bother to come to the table. He went to look at the ticket and saw that I ordered the breakfast croissant. The manager didn't even apologize. He kept walking past the table. I felt very uncomfortable and wouldn't be recommending this place.
Adorable little spot, but the cashier is wearing gloves: handles your money then proceeds to make the coffee and serve your food with the same gloves... at least her hands are safe, but this is really disgusting and pointless.

Being recently moved from Chicago and a restaurateur in a Midwest for consecutive 7 years, this place is the best reminder for the Midwest urbanistic style of coffee lounge. The clients the atmosphere the service the product is exactly like a home(Chicago home). So happy to find this gem.
