I ain’t going to hold you the vegan crust with pineapple is the best ever

My hopes were way up here. Great reviews at a pizza restaurant, in an area where a lot of people from the northeast live in the winter months. It was good pizza but I was disappointed it wasn’t better. I think it’s the sauce that is messing it up for me. Very thin and not very much flavor. They do pack the toppings on which is nice. I guess I’m a sauce guy. I loved the dough and the thickness of it. Great and happy people working so that was nice. The pizza bites are phenomenal. Lastly, when a pizza is hot or full of toppings it’s nice to have a metal fork, not a flimsy plastic one. Thanks Cucina, overall it was good food and I see why people like it but I just wasn’t blown away.

Sad to see this place go down hill. We love having pizza night on Monday nights. This time we came in, was ignored after ordering one pizza, they didn't finish our order. It was very awkward and seam to be an issue between the cashier and the two cooks. When we rang up they got our order wrong and the cashier had an argument with one of the chefs. And the she got our check wrong again. And we were met with attitude. The tables aren't being cleared we had to clear a table for our family. Our food was delivered by the cashier and she was talking but I think not to us but on her ear bud. And lastly the bathrooms were trashed. Toilet a mess, trash can over flowing. On the plus side, there was soap in the bathroom. I'm hoping management sees this and improves because we love the location.

Pizza was horrible, and service was below average. Asked for extra cheese and the attendant literally to a pinch of cheese with 2 fingers and put it on the pizza. First and last time.

We order 3 différent pizzas and all was excellent, tasty and generous!! The gluten free crust was perfectly crispy and the regular thin crust was perfectly cook too in the Italian oven. A lot of choices to choose to put on for the price at 12,99 it’s incredible!The service was amazing too!We get back to order pasta to go and was excellent too!!Will go back often for sure ??ThanksDietary restrictions: Gluten freeVegetarian

This was my first time at this restaurant. Good food. HORRIBLE service. The 3* is only because of the food. From the time we walked into the establishment, the two guys making the pizza had attitudes. One of the guys had to tell the woman folding boxes to take our order. With an eye-roll she did so. I ordered a salad because of the limited diet I am on. Her response was, " no pizza.. really!" My co-worker with me stated, "the woman taking our order should not be greeting customers!" The poor behaviors from the staff are a reason to stay away, sadly!

I'm vegan and my husband is not and we both were able to get options that are wanted, which was great!The downside is that the pizzas were not good. I did not like my vegan pizza and he didn't like this non-vegan either. Shame because we got very different types and didn't like them equally.Keeping the 3 because I'm happy to have vegan options but it just was not very good unfortunatelyDietary restrictions: Vegan

Service was great, very friendly staff. Pretty cool to see them make your pizza right there. I've ordered twice already and will definitely come back!! After a day of shopping, this pizza hit home, and I also ordered to go. I also had thebgarlic rolls and pepperoni rolls amazing. Great job!

I will never go to this location in particular ever again the West Palm Beach location so disrespectful they do not honor coupons. I showed them the coupon that I had and they said they would not honor it. I need to be paper even though I called ahead and told them I had a coupon they did not want to honor it and I had to pay full price for the pizza even though they told me I could use the coupon, so yeah needless to say I will not be going back to this one and they also refuse to add on the other pizza that I had to my current bill, they told me that it needed to be paid separately. They were just very disrespectful.
