Our party had a great time at Duffys on Clematis. We were seated right away and our server, Ally, was attentive and friendly. She recommended the Cajun pasta which was delicious. Our food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We will return.
Great place to enjoy great food and drinks. Jamie and Katie are fantastic severs. I'll be back again.

Hospitality here is awful. Had a gentleman as our server. Could tell that he was rushing us a bit on our order. We ordered drinks to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special, and some apps. On our second round (would be the 3rd drink we had) our server disappeared. We waited for almost 15-20 mins, and had to grab the host up front to ask if we can get our last wrong and the check. She asked who it was and after giving a description, she told us he left! She finally found us a server to finish us out and he magically appeared from the back to “clean his tables” and still did not acknowledge us. See I understand it’s a Friday night and you want to go home, but a simple acknowledgement that our table was being transferred would have been nice. And of course as I write this review he is still here and has not said anything. Totally made me feel like he judged us based on our order, and just assumed we weren’t going to tip. Super disappointed.

The fries and onion rings are consistently nice. I like my rings a little less crunchy but that's fine. Not a big deal. My teenage niece did the cake/cookie and ice cream dessert and she gave it the two thumbs up. Price is decent and the eating area and bathrooms are always clean. Nicely situated on Clematis so you can people watch or catch your favorite sport on one of the million tv's. See you soon!!
UPDATE/2/2024 from 5 years ago ; the most disrespectful, disappointing experience we have had in such a long time. Initially wasn’t going to waste my time updating my review but after looking at the recent reviews it’s best I update it. 1/ waited over 20 minutes for a soda.. the refills should’ve just gone to nicos across the street and grabbed it there faster. 2/ waited over 20 minutes just to have our server come and acknowledge us. Then shortly after an hour of waiting for food and other items another girl shows up and claims she is our server. 3/ food came back incorrectly not all of it but the only one that I literally asked for modifications. Imagine waiting for a drink and the servers walking by you and stopping at other tables just to chat. The worst part is when I requested for a manager i was essentially told I couldn’t talk to one TWICE the blonde host girl said they are busy and got a server instead. And then when I finally spoke with the mgr she was extremely flustered and seemingly not knowing what was going on around her. Honestly will NEVER come here again regardless of weather or not the restaurant cares at least my review will help others. Couldn’t even tell you the name of my server because non of them introduced themselves neither did the managerOkay so I haven’t done this review only because well time gets in the way and life goes on. It’s been a little over a year that I have lived here in downtown. Hands down I get the best service you can imagine from a hand full of people. Everyone knows me either by face or name and already know my order. The girls in the front are very acoomadating and always ask me if I have a prefrence which I do since I either come with my wife or by myself. Long story short Anthony has been our loyal server for the last year. And WOW I’m sitting here for lunch and he knows I am on break got my drink order and food in and still handles his full section. Again. The managers are even more than understand if there is something incorrect or whatever. I love this place. I come here way to much but they make us feel so at home and happy when we are here. First things first gm of this store snitched to earn his position and is currently running the store into the ground even with the help of the district manager and vp of the company these people do not care about their employees in anyway and would throw them in the street for a quick buck think twice about applying here and good luck with the service and log drink times on your cheap 2 for 1s also if any cops read this a lot of these servers don’t ID Underage people also they don’t provide breaks and expect you to work 14 hour days without giving breaks

The chicken wings were really good but the server and service was not good at all. It was a Friday night the restaurant was not loaded with people at all. Our server was so slow, forgot our drinks(it took over half an hour to receive 1 drink) by that time my food was already cold. She forgot my other food that was supposed to come with my meal. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything, didn’t come check on us to see if we needed anything else. I went to the bathroom & one of the other servers mean mugged me when I smiled at her. Service was horrible. Food was good. The restaurant should at least have some good music playing on a Friday night. It just wasn’t a good experience.
