We have been coming to this location for over 8yrs, it use to be amazing. The last 6months the employees have stopped caring. 4 of the 5 times I come a week my drink order isn’t made correctly. I’ve stopped editing my drink orders, and just requesting exactly how it is in the picture and 4 out of 5times it is wrong. They will argue with you about it until you show them the picture on the app and then make you feel bad because they have to remake the order the were wrong on. Simple things like ice coffee, lattes, to the specialty drinks. We would go out of our way to come to this location because the staff was so great and the coffee was always fresh so it was worth the wait in the drive thru, but I think it’s time we try another coffee chain because this was the best Dunkin in west palm and now it’s like the rest. ?

After I had my appointment searched for a Dunkin and I found the happiest place on earth! As I entered from the staff to all the customers everywhere came laughter. I know not for what but it was a great surprise sound. People were helping other folks open doors and I found that true human kindness. Ordered one not my usuals large green iced tea and Splenda. The gentleman waiting on me said what no food I said I was on a proverbial diet he said he had diet donuts he had I said if that were true you would be richer than you are. Everyone laughed. The other guy made my drink quickly and to my surprise it was fresh!!!!!! Even the Splenda spread around evenly not everywhere can they make this simple drink great believe me I have returned quite a few. This was if a laughing angel stood there making it himself. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Best Dunkin ever, the staff are super friendly and they always greet you with a smile ? and they make sure that your order is ready efficiently and correctly… the owner is amazing he always greets you with a smile and if a order was made wrong he would fix it himself… there is this new employee named Justin I believe and he always makes my day when I come in drive through.. he always greets me with a smile and he’s always so polite and friendly… he takes his time to get my order right.. he also makes so funny jokes and he’s definitely one of the reasons why I come here more often now.. I use to come like 1 or twice a week but now I am here everyday because his personality and smile is just so amazing.. they definitely need to hire more people like him here

Actually the most dunkin ever, they always get my orders wrong and literally gave me a sandwich with the egg turning brown and black. Not to mention they give you whipped cream when you ask for cold from and that’s on the rare occasion that they actually do give you cold foam when you ask??? I don’t leave reviews ever but i just had to for this one.

Ordered a dozen donuts online of what they had posted on their site. Received 2 donuts of our choice and 10 that we did not choose but all were dry, old and stale. We were refunded $4.00. Will never order from this DD, ever again. Utterly disgusting!!

Don't be fooled, "People typically spend 20 minutes here" is because of the local's taking in coffee as they spend 2 hours gossiping over the local happenings. This place will get you in and out in under 5 minutes.
