The young men working that evening were friendly. My only complaint was that the hot coffee wasn't hot. It was luke warm.

Need to get it together at this location I waited in line for 20 minutes and they couldn’t get one card order out. Ridiculous and not the first time they need to get rid of everyone and start over

We were terribly disappointed in our order. We ordered a box of Joe, 5 regular glazed and 5 chocolate glazed donuts. First I thought that $35 was a bit much and then when we got home we realized that the 5 chocolate glazed were actually chocolate frosted with sprinkles. The topper was that the regular glazed donuts were hard, definitely not fresh.

I live right by here and unfortunately frequent because of convenience. Never a good staff…not in the 3 years I’ve been around here. When you go inside you are ignored. They do not put care into making your food or drinks. The staff is usually cranky.Parking: Very few parking spots and easy overflow from drive thru into street

We went inside and nobody was behind the counter for 3 minutes. The lady couldn’t get the computer to take our order. When another employee came to help from the back we ordered one sourdough bacon egg and cheese. The lady seemed to be unable to figure out what she was doing with the oven, as her coworker had to help her(who also handled the food without gloves). When we got our order, the bacon was burnt and the sandwich overall tasted bad. My girlfriend and I weren’t even mad because of how comically bad this experience was. I almost want to give a positive review because of how funny it was. In addition to all this, the store was generally unclean ex. a cigarette being on the floor. I’m pretty sure the employees were on something. Whoever manages this Dunkin clearly doesn’t care about customer service. 0/10, would come again for a laugh.

I stopped at the drive-through today, Saturday, January 6 at 4:00 PM. The young guy who took my order was extremely rude. He did. He didn’t even bother to say hello. When he handed me my coffee and I handed him the debit, I turned to put the coffee in my console and then I heard very loudly “Hey” He was trying to hand me back my debit, and I guess I was just taking a little too long for him. His attitude was uncalled for as I was extremely polite. I didn’t get a hello, thank you, or even have a nice day. If I was a manager, I would fire him as he obviously hates his job at the drive-through at Dunkin’ Donuts. Seriously he was a jerk.

About food, it's okay. it's the best you'll get. The fact they are all ways forgetting things, burning things, misunderstanding the order, and being rude is crazy. That kid who works there kept laughing the whole time and being rude. This place needs better employees, the only good ones are the ones who work the day shift

I come to this Dunkin' Donuts every other week 5 days a week to get donuts and hash browns for my 4 year old and my 6 year old. This morning I ordered 2 hash browns and a vanilla donut with sprinkles while at the window getting ready to pay I asked if they can add on a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, the individual asked the manager if I can add it on and the manager said I had to go back in the line to order. That is unacceptable and this establishment will no longer get my business. I choose to go to this Dunkin' Donuts because it was confident and near my sons school. But I guarantee that this location will NEVER get a dollar from me again, I see why there's 3 stars rated for this place. Also I wasn't even at the speaker yet because a car was in front of me, and they're yelling "hello" rushing me to order when I wasn't at the speaker, unprofessional and a lack of customer service for sure.

I have been waiting for this type of customer service for a very long time. Hearing queens pleasant and welcoming voice was very refreshing specially in this times, she knew her menu, made suggestions and even laughed with us. I would definitely give her 5/5 and look forward on continuing to visit this establishment more often. She really made our day. Thank you Queen and I wish there were many more just like her, she seems as if she loves her job and meeting her at the window was the very same energy.
