The women who work in the morning whisper, gossip and laugh about you before you even get a chance to order and the young dude at night DOES NOT like his job. They charge you for whipped cream and extra stuff then refuse to give it to you because they’re “closing”…anytime you order the coffee is nasty and service is terrible 0/10 new staff needed

It's nice to see that this location coal fires their breakfast sandwiches. Nothing like a charred croissant to start your day! On the bright side the egg and sausage was cooked, which I guess is better than the locations that serve you ice cold sausage with burnt croissant. Keep it up...

I attend several Dunkin' Donuts locations and I have to say that though Location here at Military Trail just north of Forest Hill the customer service I received from Mumtaz above and beyond reproach she was very polite and very helpful if I could choose I would come to this location specifically and only thank YOU MUMTAZ!!!

They never have any donuts that you actually want! Better off going to a different Dunkin

rude staff just wanted to argue and not fix my drink. I came in sep 23 at 6:20am and the woman in the drive through just wanted to argue with me and not fix the drink i got for free from mobile order. please train your workers in customer service. every time i come here i am treated terribly i don’t know if it’s because i’m hispanic :(
