This is by far the most awful job I’ve had in my life. As a previous employee of this specific store. They abuse minors and allow sexual harassment to happen. The only repercussions people get for harassment is a slap on the wrist. It has been a year since I’ve worked here, but I know many kids who work at this store, and they over work and undermine their concerns. This entire store is run by minors with an adult never in sight. The manager blatantly steals tips from these kids and refuses to give them correct money on their checks. This place is awful. And I do NOT recommend supporting the numbers and ratings for this store.Lastly to Shirley and Steve,You’re both disgusting human beings and should try watching who you hire to run your stores (because they are stealing your money)-thank you

This is my 3rd time giving this place a try. I love Dunkin coffee and occasionally would love to do something other than just a drive through. I wanted to come inside and enjoy a cup of coffee with my daughter, but each time we went inside, the dining area was so dirty; all the tables were filthy with crumbs, stains, and dirty napkins. The floor was covered in crumbs as well, they were out of napkins, and ignored my feedback about being out of napkins. I felt rushed ordering my items. Now, while I understand that every restaurant will occasionally have days of being understaffed, and every employee will have days of feeling under the weather, this seems to be a regular way of running business for this spot. I’m surprised the management does not do anything about it. That’s sad because I wanted to support our local place. Oh well, I guess I will have to drive to Wellington to sit down at a coffee shop. If the management is reading this, PLEASE incorporate some changes. I look forward to seeing improvements.
As you can see by my photo I have a brown substance in my cream cheese as well as a sesame seed and poppy seeds in the spread on a PLAIN bagel.I come to this dunkin several times a week because the staff is really kind but needles to say I wasted my money today. Please clean your knives. To have this many items in a cream cheese spread including one that can’t be identified is nasty and some people have allergies to things like poppy seeds so there’s also that.

Sign on the door said they were open until 6 on Christmas Eve, but closed at 5! Had people waiting at the door (for mobile orders!) and people in the drive through! Does the manager know they did this? I mean, at least honor the time on your sign!

In drive through the menu sign says $3.00 sausage, egg, n cheese breakfast sandwich. I also have seen the add on network TV. When I get to window the associate told me the sandwich was $4.49. I asked why they are advertising it at $3 & the sign says $3. He said they must have forgotten to take it down. Oh, BTW, the sweet tea wasn't sweet either. This location shouldn't feel too bad because most DD's are consistently inconsistent!

This is the slowest service at this dunkin. I have ordered juat a coffee online 10 min before i arrived and still waited 1p more minutes to gwt it, while people are walking in and out with thier order, and not too many there either, that was slow too. Im usually at the ones in Roayl palm. The owner is always on site as that makes all the difference in the world. As i construction owner businees i know...
There has been multiple visits where quality of food is poor I order a cold brew coffee with cold foam and they never fail me to be out of cold foam and they just put ice in a hot coffee…. everyday I’m here I have to ask for my glazed donut when I mobile ordered 10 min prior I have been scammed hundreds of dollars due to the amount of times they don’t have something on my mobile order and do I have to mention the loads of un mixed sugar
