A remodel does not make up for terrible service and substandard product! Experience from when I pulled up to the menu board to when I left was awful. Short mannered staff with poor guest service skill. Ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and got a dark brown coffee. When oat milk does nothing to change the color of the drink, it means they did not shake the milk before pouring, plain and simple! I asked for more oat milk and the cashier said “that’s just how the oat milk comes” twice before I instructed him to please shake the milk before pouring. He clearly did not do so before adding more diluted oat milk and repeated again “that’s just how the oat milk comes” as he handed me the drink expectantly and brought his entire upper body out the drive thru window. Attached is a photo of the coffee after the additional oat milk. I also bought a red-velvet donut which was incredibly small and dry. Please train your staff on guest satisfaction standards when you are a part of such a large franchise! I’ll put my next $10 toward a better coffee place or Dunkin location! I visited around 1:50pm on 1/31/2024.

This place is fantastic—that is, until the manager leaves. When you complain, the younger employees get irritated. They consistently deliver you the wrong meal and have a nasty attitude in the morning.

Awful! They attempted to give me someone else's order at the window. Reviewed the sticker after purchasing my decaf latte two splenda; the description was accurate. After driving off, I see my cappuccino has no frothed milk!

Not going to write a book about it, they served me completely raw muffins and when I called the manager just told me "the ovens have been giving us problems come in for two new muffins". I think this deserves more than just my money back. I could have consumed this and become sick.The drinks and sandwiches are always good and the in person service is great;Just disappointing that a brand new remodeled location has faulty ovens.

I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee and an apple juice. The staff member confirmed both items in the drive thru. I got to the window and they only had the apple juice listed on the order. I stated why when the coffee was stated before the apple juice. I asked if they could fix the order and add the ice coffee. She said no you have to go back around in the line. I shouldn’t have had to go back in line of 7-8 cars and wait again because they didn’t take the order right. They should fix the order either at the window or I park and they bring the item they missed putting on the order out. Customer service is key everywhere and just sending a customer back through the line because it’s the easiest thing for you to do is not the solution, correcting the issue is.
