Andy, the owner, tried to lie and keep my food when I asked if he could process a refund after the app mistakenly put my order through far away. I think he didn't think I'd come all the way there. What pics poor service. He also just hung up on me when I first called to ask so I had to call back. Unprofessional.

This was my first time here and as soon as I opened the door I was smacked in the face with some horrible burning smell. The store wasn’t very clean at all and one of the workers was chillin on her phone at the counter. I was very unimpressed with this location and customer service at 9am. If they have time to sit on their phones why can’t they take that time they’re getting paid to maybe clean up a little bit.

This dunkin is very dirty. Its gross and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a week or two. Dear owner, you dont want the health inspection to come see your place. Please get it cleaned. My visit was on Saturday @ 2:00 PM

This dunkin is always bad. The sweet tea is always unsweet, the hashbrowns almost always taste like paper and they always mess up my order. I asked for 2 bacon wraps and they gave me sausage. Like seriously it clearly says bacon i don't know how you mess that up.

Do not go here unless you plan on waiting 25 mins to even get acknowledged.....I wanted 25 mins before I walked out....I watched the 2 workers now thier heads to ignore the huge line in the store and do nothing but online orders....we all got out of our cars and are literally IN the store.... basically to watch them make all the orders that are being ordered "online".....I said something to them and they said "they were short staffed".....Nooooooo there is 2 people here and NO DRIVE THRU....I told them they are ignoring us, I've stood here and watched them make 6 plus orders, but not have taken 1 order from any of us.....we all have WORK SHIRTS on, we clearly need to get to work!! They didn't care at all....3 people including myself WALKED OUT and as I walked out 3 workmen were walking in and I TOLD THEM we all have been waiting for 25 mins and have been ignored for "online orders"....those men walked back to their car....so 6 people left super disappointed with this location.....OWNERS check the camera!!! You'll see it for yourself!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

There's always a reason to make changes and I understand with the shortage of staff all over but the fact that now the staff can't keep up with orders even though there's no cashiers bad idea sometimes a machine can't understand the important details
